Very good with regard to choice of tyres and fitment. However, I booked a time , took the car in on time and was told it would be about 40 mins, went back after 40 mins and the car hadn't been worked on. They said there were a lot of walk - ins and it was obvious the mechanics had not realised i had booked on-line. So poor organisation and not a happy customer!

Booked for 8.30 in the morning and my car was taken in at 8.30 and returned at 9.10 so perfect for me the staff are all brilliant and friendly.

The full order (Qty x4) was not available when scheduled.
Returned at agreed time, warehouse sent the wrong tyre so following a formal complaint it was eventually resolved weeks later.
Would NOT use again nor recommend.

In response to Pro Tyres response and for clarity - the matter has now been resolved to an eventual satisfactory outcome. However this required the area managers intervention and an official complaint.

Sorted out my vehicle with no hassle of any kind very pleased,always go to gates as i've never had any issues ever from them.

Took car for MOT… very efficient and friendly staff… easy to book appt online.

The price was very good, no quibbles there.
My only gripe is a very small one, the coffee machine doesn't give change (who carries money anyway) so they've made white coffee and tea free but black coffee and tea is 30p not an issue more of a grump lol

Car was booked in for 12 o'clock to have 2 tyres fitted car stood for 1hr 10 mins befor they started the work it took 1 hrs 30 mins to get my car back and that is because I approached the counter and asked what was taking so long

Excellent service as always. Took car in for MOT and it failed significantly. They managed to obtain all the parts for an 18year old car and fit without fuss. The only negative is that they are very busy and it took a while to get everything booked in, but it was worth the wait to get the car back in working order. (which is actually a positive if you think about it.. I'd rather wait for good service than rush through with poor service). Thanks for the good work.

Easy online process for booking and paying for the MOT. Good customer service when I dropped the car off and collected it an hour later.
