The people on the reception desk are always polite and helpful.
My car was booked in for the next day and the work was done that day with no delays.
However, I am always phoned before any work is done and prices are given so that I can make decisions.

My first experience with this garage and will definitely be my last,for this business to get any better,the manager should be removed,absolutely vile,her attitude is disgusting,and all because we questioned the bill, and then to turn it around on us was laughable,then refusing to let us pay the extortinate bill and calling the police,totally refused to take payment,saying it was in the hands of the police,we had to leave without paying,so now waiting on a visit from the police which i 100% welcome,hopefully it wasnt another lie when she said its all on cctv, as this will only be to our advantage,she should not be in a front counter position dealing with customers

Have been a customer for the last couple of years. I keep going back. Staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. Prices are reasonable for today's expectations.

In my experience with them, they've been honest and straightforward.

They'll explain what needs replaced, and (more importantly nowadays) what doesn't need replaced; at least not just for the sake of it. Which is nice 👍🏻

Tyres a good price online and fitted in quick time.

Good service as always it helps when the unexpected happens and you can pay with help

My daughter had a flat tyre at 5 pm and needed to drive 30 miles home. Even though they were very busy, when I told them that we needed to get home they were able to fix my tyre that evening. thanks very much, great customer service.

I love going there the.works to an high standard and the 2 lovely lady's on the.desk go the extra mile to get you to were you need to be. Ps that pay monthly is a god send lol.

I have used Protyre regularly and always found them to be helpful, Their pricing is reasonable, work is good as is aftercare. The even most recently managed to move my service and MoT forward a week due to a family matter. Highly recommended and no excessive sales pitch.

Reasonable service, should have had a clean MOT, reported an oil leak when there wasn’t one, merely a spill when the main dealer changed the oil after a recall

From the courteous reception staff to the mechanics,all are helpful and knowledgeable,I was kept informed of the progress of the work which meant I could work my day around it

Very happy with the service I received from Protyre.
Phoned up for an MOT and was booked in the next day.
I needed some new windscreen wipers which they sourced and installed within an hour or so.
So I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Came to protyres after 2 well known garages could not fit me in for tyre change on route North. Despite being fully booked they changed my tyre straight away and professional. Will recommend and use again

I was able to get a good appointment and issues were identified quickly and efficiently, good communication throughout

Only called in for my tracking to be done as it was slightly out, when I got it back it was even worse.
When I went back and spoke with the very rude women on reception, I was told I'd have to wait 2hrs as they had other things to do and refused a refund until they had looked at it again.

Out of anger I took the car to Ats who were brilliant, not 1 of my wheels were in line the tracking was out by 16mm which they said was terrible.
They have also chipped the paint off my track rod ends when adjusting them as they used mole grips rather than a spanner.

If I could give them 0 stars I would.
