I’m deeply grateful to Dr. Kayode Fagbemi at Psymplicity Healthcare for his outstanding care and professionalism. From the very first session, he created a safe, non-judgmental space, listening with empathy and precision to my complex history. His thorough assessment and accurate PTSD diagnosis were life-changing, not only for my treatment but also in helping me evidence the serious injustices I’ve faced.

Dr. Fagbemi’s expertise, compassion, and attention to detail are rare in today’s healthcare system. His report was clear, comprehensive, and deeply supportive of my situation. Psymplicity handled everything with efficiency, discretion, and respect. I cannot recommend Dr. Fagbemi and Psymplicity highly enough to anyone seeking specialist psychiatric care.

I’ve been with Psymplicity for 5 years and I’ve found my doctor very supportive and knowledgeable and the Admin staff extremely friendly and quick to respond. Seeking diagnosis and treatment for my ADHD is one of, if not the most, pivotal decisions I’ve ever made.

Recently had an issue with my latest prescription where half of it was missing, but Olga from the care team was an absolute superstar and solved it with the pharmacy directly super quickly, which meant I got both batches delivered at the same time. Mistakes happen, but I was happy to see how quickly it got resolved. Thank you so much, Olga!

The team supported me through the process of an ADHD consultation when I only had 1 week before going away. They answered phone calls right away and helped with any question I had.

From my first call Psymplicity has been excellent. Julie was very helpful and encouraged me to seek an ADHD diagnosis despite being an older adult. She found Dr Beider who said he was willing to take me on during that call. I feel very lucky as he is an expert on adult ADHD, and his own experience has made him an expert on the varied symptoms of this condition. After the diagnosis he sent me some video information which was helpful to make a decision about medication. Elvanse has changed my life, I can cope so much more easily. I can chat, I can meet people easily, they no longer irritate me. Even my husband is amazed by the transformation. Keri has been wonderful at keeping the communication going and now thanks to both her and Dr Beider my son has come back to Psymplicity, after losing faith in ever finding a solution.

I always feel listened to and can discuss all my issues in my appointments. Everything is covered based on my needs and wants.

I was able to move my son’s appointment to an earlier date, as he hadn’t been responding well to the medication. The process was smooth, and the administrative team were excellent — very clear, supportive, and made sure I fully understood everything at every stage. I was especially grateful that Dr. Fagbemi personally called on the day I made contact to ensure he fully understood our concerns ahead of the appointment the following day. During the consultation, he was incredibly reassuring, took the time to listen carefully, reviewed everything we’ve experienced so far, and made us feel truly supported before providing thoughtful, well-considered recommendations for the next steps.

Very easy to book and pay, happy with the service and support we received. Great clinicians. Everything is done on Zoom so you don’t waste any time travelling or have to take too much time out of your day.

I wasn't happy with my 1st diagnosis for various reasons. After contacting psymplicity admins, they arranged a 2nd opinion with Dr Beider.
I found him very approachable and after our appointment, I felt heard and validated. I felt he understood me and the lifelong problems I've experienced and now aged 64 I have a diagnosis of ADHD, which explains why my life has been chaotic. I cannot fault the admins and my care so far.
