We are very happy with the service
We are very happy with the service and equipment - this is our preferred brand. Some equipment isn't durable but I have always received polite interactions and dealings with staff when we have issues. We are very happy with Punch and will continue to stock our gym with this brand. Sometimes filling our a form for a basic replacement of product is time consuming, we used to just send photos and get a replacement.

When looking for the right punching bag I asked a few questions through offline message after business hours that were answered by the next morning. On purchasing the bag it was out of stock and as soon as it was available and being dispatched I was notified. Easy to track and came to the other side of Australia fast. Free delivery, stoked.

Terrible
Terrible. I bought a boxing groin guard. Thing fell apart within a few weeks and Velcro was horrible. Sparred last week and my sparring partner was wearing punch gloves, they were falling apart and all torn, was like being hit with sand paper!

Bought a punch floor to ceiling bag , knuckle protectors and quick wraps , all items are what I was looking for and serving the purpose that I require , no problems as yet quality wise and I will certainly consider Punch Equipment if purchasing further training equipment in the future
