One star is way too much! I give them -100 stars! They are a scam! Don’t buy anything!!! They steal your money and never send you anything! They are thieves! I’ve emailed them tons of times
And they never reply! So you never get your product or your money back!!! Everyone should report them and shout on the rooftops to everyone you can to stay away from this shady low down company’

I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time or money with these guys. Orders go unprocessed and you're left with no updates and absent customer service. Nothing they sell is unique, there are plenty of other options on the market so you're best going elsewhere. Frankly this business seems like just a dropshipper of someone else's manufactured goods.

Got what I ordered, no complains

I can't find a phone number anywhere.

Did not receive item. My credit card was charged. I have attempted several times to reach out via email with no reply. Additionally, when checking their online store, it says this ecommerce store is closed at this time. There is no other way to contact them.

I ordered a customized harness for my puppy and it came late and then broke the 2nd time I used it. The stitching completely came out and they are unresponsive. I have tried to contact them and nothing

Their harness is pretty good. Most likely will buy again once my old harness wears out/.

i made an order; payment was completed at my bank on sept 19th....i have not seen nor heard from any customer service rep and/or any other person from this company...and i have reached out very politely dozens of times....i have no idea of what is going on w/my order...nor do i care any longer...i will never use this company again...and i will make sure my animal loving friends know how 'pups closet' treats their customers....william hancock

First, these were given to me as a gift. As a result I have no order info, only the products. First, when they made them, because the dogs are the national dog of israel, we put hebrew on the tag and they printed them backwards. the clasp on one of them broke recently and I contacted them with pictures. A week later they responded asking for the order number and I provided them the name of the person who gave them to me. No further response. As far as I am concerned, this company is a scam. There is absolutely no way to reach them by phone. when you dig through corporate records, the company is based in an apartment in Toronto. Sent emails. Nothing. I needed these harnesses for a trip about a month after I started reachihng out to them. At this point, I need to make other arrangements. If you don't want support from a company when there are problems, you have found the right company to buy from. But for the rest of us, we have lots of alternatives/

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I receive my dog harness on 8/23/23 which was NOT PERSONALIZED as ordered. On this same day, I emailed their Customer Support Team requesting a FULL REFUND and instructions for RETURNING the dog harness. I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT!! NO RESPONSE. So today, 8/25/23 (2-business days later), I sent a SECOND email AND did an on-line Chat response. NO RESPONSE

Wel let see. Purchased 2 xxl Harness. They lasted about a week. 1 the underbelly strap buckle was destroyed. 2nd the underbelly strap was torn in half.
Straps should be a little more sturdy.

Item stated delivered, never received it I decided not to try to communicate as I tried on multiple occasions via chat, Facebook, Instagram and email with not a single reason checking on status. Still have no product and out 0ver 35.00, I will definitely be spreading this all over social media with the 5000 plus friends and 25000 followers and make sure they do the same. Bad communication and taking money with nothing to show for it.

Although this may be a great product, the customer service in responding to live chats or emails is very very poor. I still have not received my product and requested shipping status as it's been over 6 business days, no response yet.

Following up on my recent review, my credit card company has refunded the payment that I made to this company. Pups Closet never got back in touch with me about getting an exchange on a harness. I do not believe that all those five-star reviews are legitimate. My advice is not to purchase unless you're absolutely sure you're ordering the correct size collar or harness!

The harness fits my dog perfectly. I have a pug and he is very independently minded. He adapted to his new walking equipment immediately. Thank you for solving all my dog walking problems. It’s well-made and will last for years…thank you..

Pup's Closet is a very informative and user-friendly website to peruse and place orders.
On receipt of my dog's new collar I realised I had inadvertently ordered the wrong size. Emailed Jessica at Pup's Closet who was very understanding and promptly replied to my queries - even on a Sunday! I offered to return the collar to her but she very generously allowed me to keep the original and will now send me a larger replacement!
I'll happily order more items from Pup's Closet in the future and recommend them to all my dog owning friends and park acquaintances.

I love the harness and leash but I can’t get the company to answer me. I sent at least ten emails about a different order that I needed answers to. I finally heard back but had no real answer. Still waiting to hear about a prior order harness I need to send back - about to give up. It’s been weeks

I ordered XS harness for our Yorkie. Gave name online to print on Velcro name-tag 'SIMBA". Received harness with generic name "IN TRAINING". Sent email to support about discrepancy and never heard back. I either want correct name tag or I would like to return the harness.

One of the body harness snaps unsnapped itself on three separate occasions. This allowed our dog to break free and run wide circles from us and took four people to capture the dog. He had enjoyed the runs but left us unhappy. We went out an bought a simpler body harness and it has worked without a problem.

The velcro name tag was larger than the place it was to attached to on the harness. We cut it down to make it fit.

The harness fits her nicely and it is well made and sturdy. I like the velcro name and number stick ons!
