Every year my premium was pushed higher and higher due to the age of my dog. When he died at the age of 12, I was told I couldn’t even get a claim for his death as he was too old. I was at my lowest due to the loss of my beloved pet and this company screwed me over

Really easy process and clear info on coverage

Couldn't jusitify to me an 18.5% annual increase for my x3 pets, without me ever making a claim! When do you ever get an 18.5% pay rise at work!!!

Easy to set up with understandable terms

I shopped around for suitable cover for my pet at a sensible price. This company came up twice on different comparison sites. The cover more or less met my needs so I proceeded to take out the cover.

When I had to make a claim the process was far easier than I thought it would be, payout was very quick too

They were great, our beautiful boy had to have surgery and a scan. He was found to have terminal cancer. The staff were understanding and sympathetic. They made the whole process smooth and easy. Thank you to the team helping us during a very difficult time.
