Have always found that you have been fair when having to use the insurance. Price for insurance is good even though went up more this year than expected.

I’ve been with purely pets for over 11…
I’ve been with purely pets for over 11 years and have always had peace of mind that my pets are insured. I found the prices are very reasonable in comparison to other pet insurance companies. Although I’ve never had to claim it’s reassuring to know purely pets will help.

Paid out every time with no quibbles and my dog in one way or another has been to the vets 12 months out of the last 14 !

Introduction of a no claims system would be nice
Having an older dog ,who has been ill previously, raised the price of the cover. It would be nice if an annual no claims system could be introduced. It seems like many other companies raise the rate if there have been previous claims . As a pensioner, on limited income, cover for my much loved pet is becoming an issue

my dog had to have a big knee operation…
my dog had to have a big knee operation in June, i have been a customer with purely pets since she was born 4 years ago, i did make the mistake of stopping and starting my policy but i still have always been a good customer, and they didn't pay out, so no i'm not happy and don't really see the point in having insurance because you will always find a reason not to pay out.
