We have booked two holidays for my grandparents from Caroline truly the best travel agent ever making sure the holiday was suitable for them and calm for them.

Excellent service!! Zoe has always been so helpful to make sure she gets me the right holiday with a good deal.

For the last 3 years I have used zoe from purple travel and every time she has gone above and beyond for us, so could not recommend her enough, we will continue to return to her every time we want a holiday!!

I have been liaising with a very good customer service lady for years, Linda. She is patient and helpful. She is a credit to Purple Travel.

I always use purple travel,and ring the same lady called Charlotte she is so good at her job,never gets stressed always get use a great holiday.

I always request Zoe. She's booked our last 5 holidays she listens to what I want and always delivers. Great service. I would recommend them.

I have been booking my holidays with Purple Travel for couple of years and have found Purple travel to be very reliable. Zoe has been very helpful and assisted me with whatever i require.
Since booking with Purple Travel i have the peace of mind that everything about my holiday is covered and i have never had any bad experience since booking with them.
