Unfortunatel, I used this company twice and both times they have been dire. The first time was a pain just to order the items I needed. Staff very unhelpful and unwilling to engage professionally with customers. I decided to use them again hoping the first time was just bad luck... I was wrong.

The second time involved returning a damaged door. Their returns policies are a bit of a joke, but that aside, I had to pay out of my own money to send the door back for them to check before they would agree to send me another one. Once they received the door, they claimed it was damaged in transit and I won't be receiving a replacement or refund.

I would advise finding other companies to deal with as PWS causes headaches. Do yourself a favour and don't put yourself through the aggravation.

Like Kevin earlier I needed a bracket for a larder unit which had broken and was several years old. Was sent one by return FOC.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Discovered that the worktop has chip and contacted them and they are blaming me for the damage and coming up with all sorts of excuses. The person I spoke to called Vinnie is rude and prefer to argue rather than trying to help. Looking at the reviews here its clear this company does not stand by its products. Avoid!!!

After quite a hunt I found PWS as a potential supplier of brackets supporting a larder unit in a contract fitted kitchen which was installed 8 years ago. I sent a couple of pictures of the broken part and by return I was offered 2 replacements to be posted to me FOC. Take a bow Kate and PWS.

Pathetic Work Surfaces. PWS mis-measured, (templating as they call it). Consequently, worktops and wall cladding did not fit. And an ugly scar along one work top. Nothing like in the showroom.
8 hours of cutting quartz in our lounge, 8 hours when it was supposed to take 2 hours, and still it does not fit. (PWS don’t don’t supply fitters with dust sheets or a Henry vacuum or proper work tools for their fitters who battled manfully to fix this disaster for 8 hours solid without break. So, Dust everywhere).
And still the worktops and cladding didn't fit. And, PWS have yet to confirm a return date to fit. TV covered in dust, Sky box. Laptops, furniture, everything. And now our kitchen supplier has withdrawn guarantee on kitchen because of the dust caused by PWS getting into the newly fitted kitchen units, which look old and worn out used ones now. Our domestic Miele ruined by PWS using it as an industrial vacuum. We waited for 3 weeks after new kitchen fitted for this expensive disaster from PWS. We last were able to cook in our kitchen 7 weeks ago. Wish I’d never heard of PWS. And, still no kitchen worktops with no date for their fitting. No apology and an overly aggressive confrontational bully of an Installation Manager who failed to leave his name, unsurprisingly. I strongly recommend not using PWS. If they offered their worktops and fitting for free I would say no after this awful experience. Dreadful experience

By far the worst distributor I've come across in my long tenured career. I'm surprised b&q still use this lot. Frlm data breaches to entirely cancelled orders and now last minute delays in material.
Please try harder PWS.

Paint flaking off everywhere literally from the time of installation. We were given a tin of spray paint to sort it out ourselves - warranty a joke. Quartz worktops they charge you a fortune for supposedly premium quality but a month in chips and holes. When you actually look at the quartz to resin ratio used the product is of the lowest calibre and made in China - yep. Dare you get upset at this situation and send in a complaint they tell you to not make it personal and don’t bother responding. This must be how the CEO pays for his luxury homes around the globe - at the expense of his hardworking consumers. A disgrace. Stay away from their products I implore you.

Blistered doors after less than a year. The door was returned for inspection but after 9 months, still no response and all messages go unanswered.

we are new to PWS they supplied doors and drawers exactly the style and coulor our customer wanted from stock . We would have to had these made from any other supplier taking weeks so it would not have done for Xmas.
A big thank you to all your staff every call answered promptly . The customer had a change of mind on the design..no problem replacements recievied the following day and returns were credited to our bank the following day.
We look forward to long and successful working relationship.

They made the wrong kitchen worktop and refuse to send us a new replacement. Please avoid this bad company. We are contacting our bank to get our money back.

After giving them a second chance from my first encounter with ordering was so atrocious I didn’t think it get any worse. However this time after five weeks of taking a payment for £2000 of Wardrobes I’m still waiting!!!!!
nobody returns my calls,
the customer is frustrated with me after continuous delays on their supply...
I have no idea how this company can still be operating running a business like this.

Firstly I would like to thank all of the staff involved during our dealings with PWS over the years. During this time not only have they provided us with quality products but they have been very helpful with all our requests. With the help and service from PWS they have been instrumental in our business growth. They have helped us with product launches and advised us on new ranges that may be of help to us.
Our Dedicated Sales Rep and Customer Service Advisors have allowed us to have a point of call and they have been fantastic.

very slow Reluctant Refunds ,
hesitant to pick the phone up and help deal with any problems that may arise during the supply of their products!
In future I will be absolutely dealing with mereway kitchens and bedrooms....
the service is far Superior...

PWS have been appalling to deal with - despite allowances for the difficulties of the Covid situation. We have been waiting months for 2 glazed doors to complete our kitchen which arrived seriously damaged (obviously poor quality from the factory). No answer forthcoming to our request to know when we will get replacements. There have been several other issues - too many to list. Very poor management, communication, customer service

I would like to say a big thank you to PWS Distributors.
We have had the pleasure of being able to design our kitchen and bedrooms with their components for the last 10 years and they continually impress me with their on trend, always updated, quality focused products and there ever increasing range but more so our biggest take from them as a business is the relationship we have with them.
Our own dedicated support team who are always there to answer any questions whether it be technical or related to an order for any of the different strings to the PWS bow.
We are a smaller independent company and being able to use their trade only design centre has been key in getting us where we are today by being able to offer our customers 'by appointment of course' the ability to view each of the doors PWS offer in a kitchen setting complete with storage soloutions, waste management, lighting and solid surface worktops like granite and quartz (which they manufacture themselves in probably the most beautiful factory we have had the pleasure of a tour of, its like something from the future).
We genuinely feel like PWS are part of our team and thats a great way to do business.

Little Kitchen and Bedroom Company

On Friday 13th March 2020 my wife and I visited PWS at Spring Road, Aycliffe with a view to purchasing a kitchen. We were asked by a female if we had an appointment to which I replied no, she rather abruptly said you need an appointment. A male employee then said they were “trade only” but offered to give us an alternative branch where we could go in Durham. I wasn’t happy to have such a wasted journey and said it should be on your website.
I had tried to phone before going but only received an automated message. The female then retorted in a couldn’t care less manner “It’s not my fault “. She then said use the hand gel to which I did and it went all over my coat. She then said Aw it does come flying out, again in a manner which implied that she really couldn’t care less and that she knew it would go on my jacket. We then turned to leave and she sarcastically said “Have a good day”. I turned to her and said don’t be rude, she then replied” I only said have a good day”. I said it’s the manner in which you’ve said it, again I told her not to be rude. She said very arrogantly I will give you my name to make a complaint. I said I don’t you wish to make a complaint I just don’t want you to be rude.

Needless to say this was our sole experience of PWS and this with another atrocious review I have read about them we will not be buying a kitchen from them.

Terrible company to do business with. Sales and customer service awful - argumentative, unhelpful and make things needlessly difficult. Communication poor. Staff need retraining in customer service skills and product knowledge. Will not accept responsiblity for their bad service. Don't expect any apologies or a willingness to put things right. There is so much wrong with this company I could go on and on.
