Terrible experience dealing with these solicitors at Cotteridge for conveyancing. No information. No updates. Do not use.

I’m not sure who the negative reviewers have dealt with but I have dealt with Hayley and Al at the Wolverhampton branch and have had nothing but exemplary service! Information requests, updates, phone calls have all been dealt with speedily. All I will say if you are going to deal with Davison’s ask for Al Nijar or Hayley Tully and you will receive nothing but great service.

Used these as default PurpleBricks solicitor. Communication was shocking, there were so many assistants you never knew who you were talking to, and speaking to your actual solicitor was nigh on impossible.

Still haven’t had any feedback from a complaint I lodged over two months ago.

On completion day documentation want sorted and after my pressing and being a nuisance they ended up owing me money!

The Mere Green branch needs serious managing, AVOID!

Awful firm. The developer implied we had to use Davisons and it has been the worst experience of buying or selling a house I have had.

Not only was the communication terrible all the way through, the checks were seemingly not carried out as we thought we were sold a plot of land that was not the case. Because of this, they tried to say Land Reg was backed up and thats why we never recived our titles, although they chap that bought our house had recieved his months ago.

Upon putting in a complaint about this 5-6 weeks ago I still have no reply from them to address this.

Bought a house using Davison Quality Solicitors in January. Recently received a letter from developer saying plans were wrong and I needed to transfer land back to them for free (lamppost placed in my land). MY solicitor emails me unannounced asking me to sign the new plans without any explanation whatsoever on my position or even a phone call.

I emailed back explaining my displeasure and requesting a phone call and got ghosted.

They were developers preferred solicitor - big mistake, as it seems allegiances are not as pure as I was assured.

We thoroughly recommend this company to undertake your conveyancing requirements. They recently undertook conveyancing on a sale and purchase for us. They were very efficient and prompt with responses to enquiries. There were several hitches on completion day, due to issues on our buyers and sellers side. The 'A' Team here worked tirelessly throughout the day and managed to ensure that we got our keys despite what appeared to be an impossible task.

Our solicitor was Chloey Hall (part of the Edgbaston branch). She was quick,
efficient and really pushed everything through. We even beat the stamp duty which we honestly didn’t think would happen! She was easy to talk to and very patient, we’re thrilled thank you so much!

Solicitor kept in touch with clear communication at just the right times. Never felt that our paperwork was sitting in a pile waiting, despite the stamp duty holiday deadline. Much appreciated and highly recommended

Regrettably, I must concur with the majority of bad reports about this network of solicitors. I contacted them several days ago and, as the person I wanted to talk to was unavailable, I was promised a return call later on the same day. This did not happen! Not even a holding call! Awful customer service.

The title pretty much says it all. I dealt with the Mere Green (Sutton Coldfield) branch and they have proven to be, just like Matt Hancock, utterly hopeless.

I regret paying them and wish I had taken my business elsewhere. They never update clients, ignore voicemails and e-mails and cannot be trusted to complete the work on time. Avoid.

If you have to put quality in your name, then it says it all really - Avoid at all costs. They need a checklist or a book for dummies as they either have no idea what they’re doing or just don’t care.
Our process with them should of taken 3 months not 6. Absolute joke of a firm. Don’t update you and lose documents.

useless, no response, they dont answer your emails at all. we sent them email 3 months ago regarding our contract and we are already in our new house and been sending them emails weekly but yet to receive a single reply. please do not go with them.

they are so useless and so super slow, but when it comes to payment, the will find time to give you a call an ensure they take your payment.

I used quality solicitors Wolverhampton, Al and Amy did a fabulous job to make sure everything completed on time. I received a very professional service selling my mum and dads house. Emails were always replied to promptly and any issues were dealt with swiftly. I fully recommend them.
