Great service
Installer Liam Freear was very knowledgeable and helpful, explained everything really well and took the time to check the speeds in each room. He was tidy and respectful and made sure we were completely happy before leaving. Would recommend.

Excellent Service From Start
I originally enquired via Facebook as we had very poor broadband connectivity. Chris Smith promptly contacted me and set the wheels in motion. All his information has proved to be correct and we are now close to full fibre connection. The company offers excellent customer service.

Gold Standard Experience
From initial contact, hand holding the decision process on a suitable package, installation and enabling the 200mbps full fibre service was a fast, informative and clean experience. It has also delivered the promised performance. The young engineer, Lewis H, deserves a commendation for an excellent clean install too. I can recommend this company without reservation.

Excellent customer service from the helpline, sorted all my queries and was happy to swap from BT. Quickline has far superior broadband strength and considerably cheaper.
Owen B fitted the broadband. He was polite and professional. Despite some difficulties connecting to the mask he was very calm and patient and did not leave until everything was connected and working correctly. He also gave advice on who to contact in the event of any problems.

Failed to fix again
Internet in our street went off 2 days ago, we understand that a highways team caused the issue by digging through some cables. However, Quickline's response has been poor, again - we're now 48 hours into our service outage and no information has been provided as to what is happening. I was advised yesterday that engineers would be on site today to fix, this has not happened. Today technical support had no information and no idea when engineers would be on site. We live in a rural area and are completely cut off. There is no sense of urgency in connecting rural communities who are completely reliant on this service, and communication is poor.
My general view of quickline is that when it works, it tends to work well, but if something goes wrong it takes far too long to correct. This is the 2nd time we've had an outage going on for numerous days.

Excellent service
Matt F our engineer was friendly and professional, explained everything he was going to do and left everything clean and tidy . Special mention to him for carrying on working outside during a hailstorm. Would recommend Quickline to anyone thinking of changing their broadband provider

I recently joined QL from a more expensive rival. The internet works, is appropriate with promised speeds - BUT - I have so far had a superb (genuinely superb) customer experience with Harrison (the installation engineer). Proactive communications in letting me know he was 30 mins away; complete explanation of the process and his intentions; attention to detail (and hoovered up mild debris from drilling). Harrison - it was a genuine pleasure.
