Quickslide Limited Opiniones

After spending the best part of £15,000.00 with Quickslide last year on windows and doors for a refurb I wanted to let their potential customers know about the customer service and maybe the lack of it in my case. Firstly the windows were delayed by nearly a month for some reason. When the windows finally turned up some of the glazing beads were not the correct colour coding then the gable end was made incorrectly and they had to remake it this was in early November 2019 only today has the glass turned up for the Gable!!!! But they couldn't even get this right as it was delivered to my home address and not the site address. I informed them every time I found something wrong and it just seems like a catalogue of errors on their behalf.

Having said all of this I find a product to be of a good standard and that is why the two stars.

Very easy to deal with, great products and helpful staff, especially Stephen Kelsey.

Excellent service. Couldn't recommend Quickslide highly enough. Would certainly recommend to family and friends.

Great service, fantastic value and really pleased with the windows & door.

We had been looking for new windows for quite sometime but had found the national window companies to be brash and dishonest in their approach to sales. Quickslide were recommended to me and I liked the un-pushy response to my sales enquiry and we were invited to the factory/showroom to see the windows in question. we were very well looked after by a knowledgeable, friendly sales assistant and again felt no pressure to buy. But we knew that we had found what we were looking for. The survey went smoothly and the cost of our whole house of windows was as quoted.
Paul and Brad installed the windows for us and they were hard working, good natured and professional. We are delighted with the finished result - our house has been transformed and now looks cared for again. We are expecting to be warmer too this winter.
Thank you Quickslide - top job!

I dealt with Quickslide 8years ago when I built my house. I’ve just put a extension on it and Needed another window and it was really straight forward very professional.

Neil.

The process was OK but the windows and doors leave a little to be desired. There are gaps at the end of some of the external and internal cosmetic glazing bars. They work perfectly well, open and shut, lock etc. Would not buy the wood effect again. Its a foil coating that is so easy to damage. The Door drip strip has a small gap allowing water to get behind it.

COURTEOUS SALES STAFF. QUALITY PRODUCT WITH A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Fantastic company to deal with. Professional, courteous and the products I bought are top quality.

I have purchased a number of replacement windows and doors from Quickslide in the last 2 years and have been very impressed. The quality of the products are excellent as are the services provided by the team. The high standard of workmanship demonstrated by Steve the fitter, supported by Giles is outstanding and I have already recommend the company others.

I’ve used this company for years. They are always very helpful and the products are fantastic. Very easy to install.

Prompt delivery, good quality product.

Having had the windows supplied by quickslide a few years back of which i have to say have been fantastic windows and still look great, I was concerned I may struggle for a part I needed for a small repair on one of my sash windows.
I called quickslide for help regarding the part and Brian was fabulous.
He was so helpful I can't thank him enough. He sent the part out promptly and and I now have the sash window working to its full glory.
Definitely recommend the company for the windows and doors ( mine being 10 years old and still look great) and Brian for his expertese and professionalism.

Very good service used dust sheets and vacuumed up after the work.First class job would use them again.

From ordering the widows to delivery everything is 5 stars I delt with Stephen Kelsey from sales I found him very helpful and his advice very useful the delivery would come on time with a courteous phone call before from the driver. I have used various window suppliers in the past and Quickslide stands out from the crowd the product is of high quality and fairly priced. Product never comes damaged or scratched which seems to happen alot with other window suppliers I highly recommend Quickslide
