Qunol products not only don't work their advertising on TV are terribly harmful to our youth. They show this "champion" skate boarder doing his thing without a helmet. Do you believe that ? This company should be sued by anyone with a child skate boarder that has suffered a head injury. What a irresponsible company.

This product gave me heart palpitations and they wouldn't let me return the products. They never even answered numerous requests. So not buy.

This is a crooked horrible dishonest company. Stay Far Away! They have the nerve to use the slogan the brand you can trust. Such lies and deranged nonsense is rampant in our economy! They do not even man the 800 number. You must leave a message and will never get a call. Their email customer service bounces saying it is not configured. There is no way to get in contact with them at all. They lied about their guarantee and dishonor and try to make it hard for you to even access it. There product is ineffective and probably is a placebo. Absolutely disgraceful!

After trying many products, I took one last shot at the Quonol Magnesium Glycinate. Bless the person that made this magick pill. No more restless legs. Back pain eases and I am able to drift off to sleep. No "next day groginess. I highly recommend!

I purchased from Costco, Fullerton, a bottle of Qunol CoQ10 a week ago and just found out it was expired in May 2024. Luckily I checked the bottom of the bottle to catch it before I open the bottle. I returned it and reported to the store manager.

Horrible company to buy from. If you enjoy their product, buy it from someone else, anyone else. They are absolutely, the worst company on the planet. ZERO Customer service or support what so ever. Not just bad, but ZERO. They just don't care about the customers. Only your money.

I would give them 0,but don't have an option. Poor costumes service, the charger your account but won't send your order. You will wait like almost a month. They never respond to your call. Better go with other countries. Been 8 days after they took money from my account but product not even shipped yet.👎

Bought one bottle of Qunol a few month ago. Opened today when previous Coq10 ( different brand) finished.
Qunol capsules are all fused together on one side in one massive blob. The capsules are all shriveled and fused together impossible to separate. It seems the bottle has been for a long time in a very hot place and laying down. I don't have the original receipt. Wasted my money on an inferior yet expensive product. Give this thing a wide berth. Expiry date is 05-3-2028

I had a subscription for about a year Coq10 every three months. The last one sent email good news, your product is shipping. My cc was charged that day. (sep2) When I track shipment it still says label created. I emailed them twice. The first time they said, sorry we'll get back to you to help you resolve this problem. They never did. second time they didn't respond at all. I finally found a phone # for customer service. they put you on hold for about 3 minutes and then say, sorry we can't handle calls right now. Leave a message. I did that twice and still nothing Horrible way to do business.

I wouldn't buy anything from Qunol based solely on the bad faith it showed in surveying me about supplements. Qunol wasted almost 50 minutes of my time in a supposed "AI interview" in which I answered everything it asked honestly, but it kept asking the same things over and over again and didn't seem to register the fact that I've never bought its supplements -- think it wanted me to say that being endorsed by the likes of Tony Hawk really motivated me to try the brand (since it is paying him for his endorsement), but that happens not to be the case.

Received 2 bottles of Qunol Tumeric + Ginger Lot UW2503025. Both bottles had broken capsules in them. The mess was terrible. Have ordered these before and was disappointed that not just one but both bottles were damaged inside. Didn’t realize the 2nd container was defective as well until finishing the first bottle. Orange powder everywhere.

I have called this company several times and left messages. Their voicemail lied repeatedly saying I would receive a call back. Never did. I was calling for information about their Liquid COQ10 orange pinapple product. I left messages regarding the orange coloring, whether it contained toxic artificial colors, like titanium dioxide for instance. No response. You would think they would want to clear that up. Reading about their sourcing some of their ingredients from CHINA tells me why they won't respond and finally answers my question.

Qunol's advertising is false. I bought some products and need to return them. I have emailed Qunol support about 6 or 8 weeks ago. And over these past weeks I have left numerous messages on their customer service phone line. I've gotten zero response. I consider them an unreliable and unethical business for those reasons.

I am a big advocate of Liquid CoQ10 purchased from Costco. I have been taking it for years. Very good product for cardiovascular health and cholesterol control. I recommend this product of course every individual varies and should check with the doctor. I am very happy with this product

There was an odd BLACKISH CAPSULE AMONGST MY WHITE MAGNESIUM capsules. I contacted Qunol customer service and they requested send the bottle with all capsules ASAP so they could have the odd capsule analyzed by the lab for fear of PRODUCT TAMPERING and to take pictures of the bottle from all angles. They assured me they would let me know the results as well as replace the bottle. After more than 4 months they deny they have the results yet and now refuse to take or return my calls. I Googled all Qunol supplements and the black capsule is not like any they manufacture. I would like to know about the DANGERS and potential PRODUCT TAMPERING from the Qunol manufacturer. I have filed a FDA product complaint and will be taking additional steps until I get the answer.

Why don’t people leave feed back on the actual product they have purchased and the true reflection of the product and not the delivery services or customer care. It’s boring to read when I only want to read reviews about the product I wish to purchas. If I want reviews on customer care I will look elsewhere. Products feedback only please.

Do not order from this company. Placed an order March 25th, April 10th still haven't received order or shipping info. Previous reply from them said 7-10 business days to ship. Really? 16 days later, no delivery, no shipping, no answer on their customer service number. This company sucks! I don't even want their product any longer.

Placed order on 3/17/25. Carrier says it hasn’t received package on 4/2/25. I sent an email on 3/26/25 and 3/29/25 and marked my order as passed expected delivery date on the website. So I’ve reached out 3 times and no response. Unacceptable.

I’m happy with the CoQ-10 product. However it is available from retail sites for less than the Company offers even with a Company sale. And the Company does not price match. Buyer beware, check available pricing, or pay too much.
