Super responsive helpful customer support as well as beautiful peices of jewellery.

There is no other company that I like so much as Rachel Jackson. I discovered her jewellery at the Wearer in London and have buying exclusively from her since. The quality is incredible, as is their pricing, but it’s their customer service that really shines. They have a Happiness Manager, and when I managed to destroy my necklace in a freak coffee press accident (truth) they sent me a replacement, for FREE. Similarly, when I bought a pile of swag with a birthday voucher, forgetting to put in the code (class), Emily reimbursed me and my plonky behaviour right away. They are simply the best, I love their jewellery and I love them. Do yourself a jolly and buy one of their pieces, so you can fall in love too.

Excellent Customer Service!
I have a couple of items from Rachel Jackson, all their pieces are beautifully made and so lovely. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a treat or a gift. I had a small problem with one of my items and their customer service was excellent, they responded quickly and resolved the matter without fault. Will continue to shop there for myself and also for gifts for friends

The necklace my wife purchased had some issues, spoke to the RJ customer services team Emily and they could not be more helpful and within 2 weeks a brand new necklace arrived, exactly how customer service should be.
Now excited for the next purchases from RJ.

My experience with this brand has been 5 star. When my package never arrived, Emily from customer services went above and beyond to ensure my beautiful jewellery was sent again and tracked carefully and arrived in time for a very special occasion. I’m writing this short review on the service l received from Rachel Jackson Jewellery
I purchased a cple of items however made a mistake in my email details l contacted them when l received no information on confirmation or receipt l got in touch with the company online and was very lucky to talk to a studio assistant by the name of Daisy who not only corrected my mistake put herself out to make sure all information was sent out to me and was very polite and kind ,( something you don’t get much nowadays ) l don’t usually write reviews however l want to thank Daisy for making a complicated situation easy and putting me at ease will definitely be using Rachel Jackson Jewellery again .

Excellent customer service, beautiful product

A really wonderful company, my order went missing in the post and they sent me a new one right away!!! And the necklace is absolutely stunning. Can’t recommend enough ❤️❤️

My order was incorrect and I reached out to customer service. They replied right away and were able to correct my order. They sent me out the correct necklace and provided tracking info.

Special jewellery and outstanding customer service from Rachel Jackson London. We bought a glitterball necklace and additional letter charm from the Selfridges store on Oxford St just before Christmas and the lady was so lovely with my daughter, she made her feel really special. All round excellent service thanks Emily and team.

Very fast delivery but the jewellery is very poor quality for the price. Looks and feels like it could have come from Accessorise.

I mistyped my email address and did not get my purchase and shipping confirmation, Emily found and re-sent the information faster than any other company I have dealt with, despite us being in different time zones. The shipping time was shorter than what was originally estimated, even though it was sent to a different continent. I actually got to wear it on my birthday and I couldn’t be happier.

Really excellent and timely customer service from Emily and the team. I bought an amulet necklace for my niece’s birthday, with an engraving on the back.
Very prompt delivery, but the engraving was off centre. After a quick email exchange, the necklace was returned and a new one sent out, and it’s so pretty. I’m really happy with the result. I’m so grateful for the easy communication and the speed of the resolution.

I have a few pieces of Rachel’s necklaces, that I wear all of the time, so they did get a bit tarnished, but I did wear them in the shower/sea etc! I emailed them and they said to send back and they will re-plate them, they came back like brand new and all for £35! Excellent customer service, very good communication

Ordered the most beautiful huggie hoops with little fan charms - perfect. I also ordered My daughter’s birthday present - a star sign coin charm necklace - engraved at the back. Fantastic customer service team quick to respond and very efficient. Will order lots more in the future - fabulous fo special occasions or presents for oneself! Beautiful jewellery.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. My beloved necklace broke, so I contacted RJ to inquire if it could be repaired.
Emily responded the same day and said that they would send a replacement immediately.
