I have been a loyal subscriber to Racing TV for 8 years and I have always had a very good experience with them and I would highly recommend their customer service which is always wonderful

I have always found Racing TV to be an excellent channel for racing enthusiasts. Also if ever I have had to contact them about the service I have always had a prompt response in a friendly and helpful manner. If I have any gripe which is a minor one it is too much Irish racing for example you may miss all the pre race paddock chat and expert opinions on a big race at Newmarket because of a 3 mile chase taking place at Clonmel. Sorry Irish fans just my opinion. Nevertheless it is a great service thank you.

Good coverage of racing and always willing to reduce subscription cost for a long-term subscriber like me.

Excellent coverage of racing . The racing commentary and punditry is great . The racing tv club offering free race and vip days is fantastic, my wife and myself have had quite a few vip days and on one occasion we actually presented the winning owners and trainers along with the best turned out horse .

Overall, Racing TV is an excellent product, lots of useful information and news. Great library of replays and of daily racecards. Their racedays are a great social occasions included in the subscription fee.

We are racing fans and the service is great. Live racing broadcasts everyday, great informative programmes, great racing club where we have had many free days racing that gets close to paying for the service subscription and even an ownership club membership. All in all a great service that is well worth the subscription.

Was going too leave after years of being with them but gave me an offer to stay I feel £30 a month is a bit steep as I only mostly watch at weekends ,so a weekend service Friday too Monday might be an idea,also one other thing stopping me giving it 5 stars is I feel they need to put a red button option on when you watch sky so you can a bit more easier switch between courses instead of dragging a laptop out or using the app.
But a great channel with some cracking pundits .

Sign up for free month and sign you up for a years contract managed to get out by saying I had a gambling problem if anyone’s wondering. Living crisis at the minute and these robbers trying to take every penny out of you. Scum

My wife and I were fortunate enough to get Racing UK VIP tickets to a recent race meeting at Epsom. The whole day went very well. From the efficient entrance process, to access to the Racing TV lounge throughout the day plus free tea and coffee.
The only item that could have gone better was the racing tips.😄

This company employs extremely aggressive tactics in order to take your money and make it as hard as possible to cancel their subscription. I called to cancel my subscription however there has been no indication that the free trial was cancelled.

My problem was resolved very quickly by a very communicative support. Thanks for helping me!

I attended the VIP day at Epsom on Tuesday. I think it is one of the best VIP days each year and this was no different with a great view of the action from the private balcony. Tall Tom was a great host in the absence of Racing TV's other great people in Ellie and the lovely Charlotte.I would reccomend these VIP days to all Racing TV subscribers.

The RTV club day at Epsom yesterday was excellent. A really great lounge with 1st floor views over the course and parade ring. Good company with like minded racing enthusiasts. Thanks Tom for making us all very welcome

Racing TV offered a free 1 month trial which I accepted to allow me to watch a particular race. They were very efficient when I wanted to cancel & this was managed easily online. Excellent service.

Excellent prompt response (including at after office hours!) when I had a query that was soon quickly resolved.
