Mr Uppal was very helpful and open during initial consultations, taking time to explain the realistic achievements that could be gained via surgery and managing my expectations. At no point did I feel pressurised or rushed into making a decision to have surgery and all my questions and concerns were carefully and considerately answered. Mr Uppal's Practice Manager / PA Sharon was also very helpful in booking consultations and making arrangements.

On the day of the surgery (pre and post op), the team were helpful and caring (the hospital staff at Princess Margaret Hospital and Mr Uppal's own team) putting my mind at rest, checking how I was doing and making sure I was comfortable.

Since the operation Mr Uppal has been quick to respond to any concerns I've had (ahead of our planned follow-up consultation) and was very considerate and patient during the consultation (I had a lot of questions). Mr Uppal remains available to answer my questions should I need to follow up on anything / have additional checks.

The great quality about Mr Uppal and his team is the focus on customer service. The procedure is crucial, but your personal mindset is important for any procedure. The team and Mr Uppal all make sure that nothing is too much trouble, that you feel comfortable about what is happening at each step of the journey and that your questions and queries will be answered swiftly. All that combined with a good sense of hump our :)

And of course the procedure went very smoothly!

I am so pleased with the results of my surgery, I cannot thank Mr Uppal and his team enough for what they have done for me. The Uppal Plastic Surgery team are very caring, responsive and professional. They take all measures to ensure your privacy and safety. I had a rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty with Dr Uppal, the bump was removed but my nose is still rounded and over-projects. I feel particularly dissapointed with the revision surgery as no difference was made. I also didnt see any difference from the 6 steriod injections and skin peel.

The hospital staff were lovely however recovery was more uncomfortable than expected, my face was extremely bruised and swollen, but after 2 weeks already looked much better.

I had a very good experience from start to finish and am happy with the end result. At all stages I was provided with information and always had the opportunity to ask questions which were answered clearly, whether in person, during calls or when communicating with the office through email. My personal needs where seen to at all stages and from my point of view was a stress free experience.

Mr Uppal is an amazing plastic surgeon. I have had 3 procedures by him. The results are unbelievable. I never thought I could ever feel this good as I have some health issues. I had a rhinoplasty done on the 14th of May 2021 to essentially reconstruct my nose after a injury i sustained as a child. Dr. Uppal was amazing and precise in his expectations of what I wanted and ensured that I would have a natural look. The staff who looked after me were amazing too and did a very good job in ensuring I was comfortable. As I am only a week post op I have got a lot of swelling and I’ve been told by Dr Uppal that over the coming weeks and months that will subside. Communication both pre and post op have been amazing and I’m extremely pleased that I’ve been given the confidence by Dr Uppal and his secretary to drop an email whenever I have an enquiry. All in all I highly recommend Dr Uppal’s expertise and knowledge in rhinoplasty and the staff who will make you feel very welcome and comfortable.

I am so pleased that I chose Uppal plastic surgery to perform a septoplasty and rhinoplasty on myself. I requested a natural, subtle change in the shape of my nose and he did just that! I have always struggled to breathe through my nose, my nose was also a big insecurity of mine. Due to my deviated septum, my nose was slightly curved from the front and my side profile was something I was very self-conscious about; my nose had a hook which would go down whenever I smiled, laughed etc. It’s been 3 weeks since my surgery and my nose already looks amazing, I’ve healed incredibly well. I'm SO happy I chose Dr Uppal for my Rhinoplasty. I had septoplasty and open rhinoplasty at The Weymouth Street hospital, I'm now 1 month post op and I'm so happy with my results.

This was something I have been wanting to do for years and I'm so happy I finally made the decision to go ahead. For me finding the right surgeon was the most daunting part as you're trusting them with your face so you have to be so sure. I found Dr Uppal through the Baaps search engine where he is one a few of the top registered surgeons for rhinoplasty. I booked a consultation after seeing his very natural before and after pictures as I wanted my surgery to be very natural and not look like a typical 'nose job'.

From the moment I met with him I immediately liked his energy and warm, friendly nature. He hit the nail on the head with exactly what I wanted and made me feel very confident it was achievable. I left feeling very excited and happy I'd found the right surgeon for me.

Dr Uppal and the whole team have been so great with aftercare too, my recovery so far has been pretty simple and straightforward, yet they are always there if I have any worries or concerns. Ive been sending pictures and had two follow up zooms and feel very happy knowing they're there if I need them.

After years of unhappiness with my nose I decided the only option was surgery. I had a few consultations with other surgeons and none of them understood my issues. Fortunately, I found Dr Uppal! The consultation with him was absolutely fabulous! He was so friendly and very professional. He knew exactly what I was unhappy with without me trying to explain as I had done many times before with other surgeons. I just knew he was the right surgeon for me from the very beginning. He made me feel at ease and was very reassuring, obviously very skilled. I completely trusted him and I was right to do so! It’s been 1 week since my rhinoplasty which went extremely well!
