James and Jamie were so professional in delivery ensuring delivered and placed where we wanted.

We visited your Uddingston branch on 24th of September. We were greeted by Elaine who was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave great advice and unlike other furniture stores where the staff hound you all the time, she said she was nearby if we needed her. I found this gave us the freedom to browse at our leisure. She let us take leather examples outside to get the true colour in natural light which was great. This enabled us to make a decision and we ended up ordering a suite. She even offered us a cuppa while we were trying to decide which colour to go for. Overall this was a much more pleasant experience than some other stores.

Bought a 3, 2 @ 1 with two large foot stools before COVID lockdown and they still look like new , bought from Uddingston store and lady salesperson was so helpful, only thought about it now as so many people commenting on sofas

The guys was brilliant didn’t think my new sofa was going to get in and they made it happen big thanks too James & Jamie then great guys purchased my sofa for Hamilton thanks again guys

Ordered a suite in March and was told it would be here August or Early September however it came during the 2nd week July, great service pleasant staff.

Great showroom and lovely friendly staff. Would highly recommend, we always buy here and have never been disappointed. Great company to deal with.

I recently visited the Hamilton branch of R&J Leather, I found that the staff were extremely helpful and the service excellent.

My wife and I visited the Uddingston showroom today to purchase a Lazy Boy recliner. As on previous visits we were met with the same friendly welcome from Elaine. She was extremely helpful and took time to show, explain and discuss the alternatives available. We were well looked after during our visit and delighted with all the help and advice given. Just ordered a leather suite from R&J, Uddingston branch, this afternoon.
Served by Elaine. She was so welcoming and had all the time in the world for all my questions and indecisions. Nothing was too much trouble.

Had a really good look around the showroom and although I didn't eventually find my dream suite I got loads of help from Elaine who couldn't have been nicer. Gave me lots of good advice and can't recommend her highly enough.

After reading all the reviews we decided to visit the Uddingston store, what can i say! Elaine was the most helpful person ever, service was second to none, she even laughed at my husbands jokes! and when our suite was delivered, the guys were fabulous. Would recommend R & J to anyone.

I don’t appreciate being told that we are liars. We definitely are not and we were told that we would have our suite for Christmas which didn’t happen. Next deliver date was 1st week in January, again that wasn’t going to happen. The latest was the end of January which would have brought our wait to 6 months which we decided was a step too far.
As I said when I asked about a loan suite the lady I spoke to in Hamilton advised me that she didn’t have anything available.
So I was definitely not happy especially as I couldn’t get answers from their Head Office after being told to phone there as they deal with the orders and shipping.
I had dealt with Elaine in Uddingston when buying other goods and she was excellent. The delivery date she gave me was spot on.

Elaine (Uddinston) was a pleasure to deal with today, she is very knowledgeable, we told her what we were looking for and she pointed us in the right direction and we bought the suit we wanted. Elaine made the whole experience enjoyable.

We needed a new 3 piece suite and decided to give R&J leather a visit as we have hears good comments. We were greeted by Elaine who was extremely helpful but did not try to pressure us. We took our time and once we had narrowed down our options Elaine appeared and provided information and options that let us choose our purchase. Great NO PRESSURE experience. We will definitely return AND recommend Elaine and her store to others.
