R&F Collegeville - Sandra Salamone, Consultant, was knowledgeable, pleasant, and super efficient in her assistance!
Alex Zubry was also so customer-service oriented and very knowledgeable in his finalizing the order.
Chris Hoffman outstanding as well in customer service.
Hannah Collins in Royersford store was so helpful in answering all my questions.
Finally, R&F has been my "go to" in furniture for many years, and I have never been disappointed in the quality of products, layouts of stores, and super assistance. Kudos to all.

RUDE MANAGER
Managers at the Collegeville location need to get customer service training. I purchased a mattress under 2 years ago and already have a sag in the bed. Customer service measured the sag but did not evaluate it deep enough for the manufacturer to replace it. When I measured, I got different measurements. I called the store and asked for the policy on measuring for sags in a mattress, and I got the rudest manager there. She said they have a tool, and they don't have any policies. After a lengthy discussion about this policy, she called the customer care center, and someone would call me back in 48 hours. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR BEWARE OF THEIR POLICIES.
