I needed a mattress for my bad back and spine and she guided me to the right one by letting me try all the ones I wanted to try and then showing me the one she thought would meet my needs and she was right. Helpful salesman and financing make it possible
I was able to apply easily for their 12 months financing and then I received a call from Na'eem Ward and he was so helpful to order my furniture and help me with the details on removal and to schedule my delivery. You can't take helpful people for granted these days. thank you Na'eem.

Kirsten Myers was my mattress…
Kirsten Myers was my mattress consultant and I must add, she is excellent. No pressure, explained as we went from one mattress to another. I had told her that I had shopped 2 other stores for comparison. Raymour & Flanigan was the last store and that I'd make my decision soon. I did and called Kirsten the next day and stopped in the next day! She made for a pleasant morning! :-) Thank you!

Not happy with service.
I put in a claim to have 2 of my power recliners repaired due to defective foot rest framing. This was two weeks ago and the Collegeville Store is very evasive. I’m still waiting.
