Wahid made this experience so much less stressful for me. He was so patient while I was so indecisive. He was so knowledgeable about the products and was able to offer recommendations based on what I had in the past and what I liked. He also offered great payment options for me. He was just a great sales associate overall.

Had mattress exchange and it went…
Had mattress exchange and it went smoothly. Salesperson explained differences and his info helped in my decision to select a new mattress.
Delivery was next day and was pretty much on time. Delivery team put everything together quickly (brackets on headboard), and were very courteous and professional.

I've emailed my salesman twice. He never got back to me. Having trouble with a $1,700 chair that I purchased 2 weeks ago. Will never go there again. DONT GO

Been shopping with Raymour and Flanigan…
Been shopping with Raymour and Flanigan for a very long time. Different stores in different states. My latest experience was absolutely horrible. Lies about delivery dates, lies about what comes with certain pieces, lies about availability of pieces, and totally unprofessional employees. I can go on and on about the raymour and flanigan store on Columbus blvd in Philadelphia. It has to be one of the more unprofessional establishments I’ve ever dealt with.

Wasnt helped immediately when walking in. Walked around and browsed for a few minutes. Deena Edelman helped my price out a few couches and I found the one i wanted quickly.
She went above and beyond by helping to get the couch delivered at a time that worked for me.
