Today, my delivery driver Jerry and his partner were beyond outstanding. I have a difficult delivery and these 2 professionals were the BEST guys ever! They deserve a raise for sure. Very strong n very good.

I found the exact items I've been looking for within 5 minutes of entering store.
Wahid Alam was sales associate I worked with. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the furniture I selected. He helped me throughout selection, ordering and delivery process.

A successful trip!
I think I got what I was looking for and not what the rep was trying to sell me. He brought me to see various rocker- recliners. He could see that I was not looking for the top of the line but something comfortable yet affordable. I was offered some water a few times which I appreciated. I had purchased some furniture at another R&F store and saw a consistency in care and approach. I look forward to receiving my chair and enjoying it as I did the last one I purchased.
