R& F, a truly exceptional experience!

Reagan was amazing
Reagan was amazing. I was there on Saturday to look around and she did not push as I was a little overwhelmed and had to furnish a whole house. I left and she sent me a lovely note Sunday morning. Went back with my husband Sunday morning and was done within less than two hours.

My salesperson
My salesperson, Iris Levy, was so comfortable to work with. Knowledgeable, efficient but not pushy, allowing me to take my time in choosing the right couches for me. She is very warm and approachable.
On the other hand, when I walked in another saleswoman approached me and I told her I already had met with someone. She told me, “we take turns here so even though you have someone else, you are my customer until you leave the store”. Very uncomfortable.

We shop at the Egg Harbor store in Mays…
We shop at the Egg Harbor store in Mays Landing NJ. I’m very disappointed with their mattresses. I’m on number three in four years! The one we have now is sinking in in certain spots and is very uncomfortable. I called the store and they sent out someone to check it. His report said the mattress had to be I’m gonna say an inch and a half and we were off a quarter of an inch! The manager Mo was no help what so ever. I had to call 5 times before he would even speak to me. I spent a lot of money there to furnish a 3 bedroom house. I’m now getting ready to furnish 2 bedrooms and I certainly won’t be going back there!!! I do have the platinum warranty.
