We had an honest hard working sales associate she helped us stay within our budget and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want Kiersten was very nice to work with and honest, she realized we should have been charged less for something after I paid and she immediately had them correct it and refund us.

Andy Read, our salesman, did a great job. He left us alone when we said we were just looking. When we were ready to buy, he answered all our questions, was very friendly, handled the purchase easily. Made the entire process easy.

I appreciated the salesperson for helping me but he did not inform me about the delivery fee that is very expensive. I only seen the amount on my receipt after purchasing my furniture

The salesman who helped us, Andy Read, was very knowledgeable and offered his own experiences with the products to help us choose. We did not feel pressured into anything. There was a lot of choices to choose from.

Your staff was very friendly and professional. Kurt was very helpful with showing different options and their descriptions and prices. He made it easy for me to make my choice. I'm glad he made an appointment when it was convenient for me.
The setting was clean and relaxing. The Desk Staff were pleasant and explained charges and delivery enthusiastically.
It was an overall positive experience ar the outlet.

Issues with verifying my account. Tried ordering online and the system wasn't recognizing my account or my social security number. Called the number and they said there's no issue with my account
Also when customer service contacted me I was put on hold numerous times and was disconnected each time.

Don, our salesman greeted us and then checked on us occasionally, no pressure to buy right the. He answered all our questions and was personable.
