Our sales person was so helpful and knowledgeable about where products were located. The store was inviting.

I stopped in to Raymour & Flanigan with the intent of just browsing. I had previously been to the outlet center in Liverpool and just wanted to check out the new outlet center to see what they had.
I was greeted by Nicole when I walked in. She was pleasant and informative, without being pushy. She explained the layout of the store so I knew retail from outlet from clearance. I then went on my way without feeling pressured - I was free to shop on my own without feeling stalked.
As I browsed the store, my eyes fell on two sets I loved at the original outlet location. As I sat on one of the sets, assessing and getting dimensions, another salesperson walked by and just commented the sectional could be reversed. I thanked him and told him I was just trying to determine length/width, which he rattled off without hesitation - impressive!
After completing my lap around the store, I went in search of Nicole to ask some questions. She answered them all without making me feel like I was under pressure to buy or make a decision. She helped me determine the layout I would need and confirmed the item was in stock.
While I walked in without the intent to buy last night, I was so impressed with the experience that I pulled the trigger. Nicole explained everything to me, including the protection plan. She was incredibly personable and friendly, and I would recommend her (and buy from her again!) in a heartbeat!
Now, I can't wait to get the new furniture and enjoy it in the New Year!

Nicole was the best salesperson. She directed us to the area we needed to be in and allowed us to look on our own. She made suggestions and helped us with our selection. Nicole went above and beyond for us as she got on the floor so we could try out the electronics to the floor sample we were purchasing to ensure it worked properly.

All the Staff were “bend over backwards” helpful
