We ordered new furniture a few months back & are so very pleased with it. Quality is superb, so well made, we just love it. My husband was stumped on what to get me for Christmas this year. After much thought, I decided I wanted 2 matching ottomans. We went to Raymour & Flanigans & within minutes my Christmas wish came true. The customer service staff is so friendly, so helpful, not pushy. We just love it there & I would & have highly recommended Raymour & Flanigan to family & friends.

Working with Duchess was an excellent experience ... I will refer all my friends and family to her ... she was knowledgeable and so delightful....we love our bedroom set and mattress...... great smile !!!
