Problem after the sale
We have a problem with our new base and rather than replace it they want to send a technician to try and fix it. If they can’t fix it then they will replace it. The problem we have with that is is that requires two separate visits and two times we have to leave work to be there. This should be resolved with one visit with minor inconvenience to the customer.
