I have been seeing Vicki for therapy for two years to help with my anxiety disorder.
She has seen me at my worst but I have always left feeling better. She has helped me in so many ways and has so much wisdom, intuition and patience. I have tried many different types of therapy but none as efficient as the help I have had from Vicki.
I can warmly recommend her to anyone who needs therapy.

Vicki has a way of making you feel really comfortable, which helps you open up and talk honestly about how you’re feeling. Once you start getting things off your chest, you begin to understand what’s really behind it all and can look at your life a bit more clearly. The quotes and little bits of guidance she shares have really stuck with me and helped me handle relationships and everyday situations better.

Vicki is a very warm, experienced and insightful counsellor, who has walked my journey of self-discovery with me.
She made me feel comfortable to explore some painful past experiences, that had shaped my life and helped me to find acceptance of these.
My sessions with Vicki have greatly improved my confidence, self-worth and made me feel strong enough to tackle current difficulties. Her energy work is amazing - she is incredibly gifted!

From the moment I spoke with Vicki I knew she was the therapist I needed. Having done CBT several times before through my GP and always ending back at square one, then stopping night shifts hoping that would help, then starting medication, my last resort was paying for private therapy. I have never found a better use of my money than my sessions with Vicki. Having worked with her for almost 2 years I genuinely believe I never needed medication in the first place and actually just needed an amazing therapist - who works! Therapy is challenging and scary, opening up parts of yourself to a stranger is a worry. However, Vicki has never felt like a stranger. Where she does her sessions is so homely and calming, be it online or face/to/face. Vicki has a way about her which allows you to easily open up without being scared, she knows how to get you to dig down to your roots and really work on yourself. She is so kind, welcoming, and really goes above and beyond in her sessions with my mental health being her main focus. She supported me through coming off my medication, which is strongly believed I’d need for the rest of my life. She has a way of getting you to open up without realising and really gets to the “nitty gritty” to support you through your journey. She has let me know and given me some nudges when she feels I am ready to spread my sessions out more and really fully supports you throughout the journey you take with her. After each session I always feel much calmer and more centred. She’s kept me on the straight and narrow and supported me whenever there’s been a slight bend in the road or a complete veering off piste. So happy to have found Vicki, genuinely couldn’t recommend her enough and don’t think I’d be where I am today (or maybe even here today) if it wasn’t for all her support.

It has taken me a while to sum up in words the profound impact Vicki has had on my life. I walked in to her therapy space 10 months ago and walked out a different person. Vicki has such a warm, compassionate and nurturing soul that from the moment you meet her she makes you feel at ease. I felt heard, seen, empathised with and comfortable enough to pour out my soul to her without fear of judgement. Then along with her incredible wisdom, insight and skillset she helps you see things differently, she heals you from within, she helps you process and is there very step of the way supporting you as you go through the difficult parts. She has helped me heal from childhood trauma, helped me be a better parent and a better person. Vicki has truly been a breath of fresh air. Having worked with several therapists over the years, I finally found someone who just gets it. We started working together following a break-up. I was having difficulty adjusting to my new life and actually just ‘finding myself’. Vicki helped me shift from a place where I was a little lost to a place of absolute clarity. Vicki has been instrumental in my personal growth over the past year. I cannot thank her enough! From inital meeting, I felt comfortable with her. Vicki's communication and organising of sessions is great and each session is well structured and developmental. I have recommended Vicki to friends and family who need additional support for a variety of reasons.

Vicki has helped me through so much and is really wonderful. Her values and her counselling to realign with yourself are amazing. Vicki has been so professional but also warm, friendly and approachable. I could not recommend her enough to anyone who needs or wants counselling. I really feel like the best version of myself which has been enabled by Vicki. With the pandemic she has also been very flexible with in person and over the phone/facetime counselling. She has been truly warm and welcoming from the very start of our first meeting and has always taken into account my needs.

Where do I start, I have so many good things to say. When I first came to Vicki I was feeling extremely lost and low and am now feeling unbelievably positive and happy. I feel so lucky to have met Vicki the experience has been life changing. I have had Counselling before but the relationship I have built with Vicki sets this experience appart. From the off I have felt comfortable and put at ease by Vicki I have been able to express myself and not feel judged. I really feel Vicki has listened to me and I have benefited from her experience in life coaching. I use some simple strategies she has shared with me that have really helped. Vicki has been such a positive influence in my life and I could not recommend her highly enough. It’s such a powerful feeling to be able to smile and really feel it.

Until meeting Vicki I had always been sceptical about seeking help and speaking to someone after some traumatic experiences that left me feeling very low and lonely. I found Vicki online it was easy to book an appointment, I felt welcomed and at ease instantly and it was obvious to see that Vicki was/is non-judgemental and very experienced. Such a weight was lifted from me to be able to speak to someone that I felt really understood me and cared about my wellbeing. She is very patient and compassionate and offered great advice when it came to understanding the reasons why I felt the way I did. I left feeling much more confident about my emotions and learned to nurture them rather than feeling like I was going crazy. Vicki is a delightful human being and I will not hesitate to revisit her should I ever need to.

After a very traumatic 6 months I was not in a great place and my family and work were suffering. Accepting I needed counselling and making the call to arrange my first session were 2 of the hardest things I have ever done. I have never found it easy to talk about my feelings but I needn’t have worried, Vicki has been a breath of fresh air and has been a joy to work with. She is warm, welcoming, easy to talk to and, as well as being a great listener, she has great empathy and is very kind, gentle and insightful.

We have discussed many things, some of which I hadn’t realised I had issues with! Vicki has helped to lift a great weight off my shoulders. I have found our sessions energising and our work together has helped to rebuild both my confidence and inner strength and has given me a sense of inner calm. Fun and fulfilment have come back into my life :).
