What wonderful staff I couldn’t believe how well organised they are and nothing is to much trouble, they keep you so up to date on what’s happening and are all so friendly would recommend them to anyone.

It has been many years since we last bought a house, so we greatly appreciated the help from Clayton Bissett. Our first viewing was on 02 June and we exchanged contracts on 04 July, with completion shortly after. A faultless, fast transaction. Highly recommended.

When you are renting, the letting agent is as important as the property itself, if not more. I have dealt with many estate agents in Sheffield, mainly as a tenant, especially in the early phases of property search. I was always able to find something(s) that could be improved - I am meticulous by nature, but not with Redbrik.

They provide the service as it should be done. They are organized, proactive, and competent. As a customer, you feel the personalized experience. I can't mention names, as everyone I dealt with was super caring. I will be starting my tenancy with them soon, I expect their service to be at the same high standard they have exhibited so far.

Example of their excellence: When you call them and no one answers and you don't leave a message, they would still call you back to check what you need. This is how good they are!

Excellent experience from the valuation from Jacqueline to the sold subject to contract stage .Communication was good always got feedback quickly and any queries answered. Our experience with Redbrik was fantastic! From the initial valuation with Hannah to the support from Ben and Katie it’s been really straightforward and clear. If we’ve had a question it’s always been addressed promptly. The secure move process was explained really well. I appreciate that the deposit for buyers has been controversial but we’ve found that it’s been so so helpful to understand who is genuinely interested and happy to go ahead. The way that the searches are carried out before sale is fantastic in our opinion! The street app for sellers has everything you might need on it; from upcoming viewings to a breakdown of offers and online hits. It’s been really nice to deal with estate agents that are extremely good at their job and super friendly. Thank you so, so much for everything!

Katie the sales manager has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. This was my first property to sell and it’s a really stressful process, Katie was always there to help guide and reassure me the whole way through. Always there for a chat and was updating me every week on the process. I can’t thank her enough for all her hard work. It was really appreciated. Thankyou !

I feel that adding a one star is still too much. I had an initial visit which went okay, however no significant information was shared other than looking around the home, and giving a valuation. I was not informed of any fees etc. The property went on the market I never had a board put outside the property, I have a very unique property which I feel was not reflected in the marketing, particularly because I undertook viewings and asked if they were aware that I had annexe and they said not. Redbrik never undertook any viewings, even after over 8 weeks when I was not having success with the viewings. The company took the initial photo's but then I had to ask them to come back to take them again as they did not market the property sufficiently. At one stage I accepted an offer, I took the property off the market as advised by Redbrik which I was reluctant to do, the offer was subsequently retracted which meant I had missed two weeks of marketing. Due to the poor service, and lack of progress I gave notice as per the contract but then was harassed to pay a £600 withdrawal fee. I had already paid £295 upfront. When I questioned the withdrawal fee this was allegedly for an EPC, which I advised that if they had informed me that I needed one I would have got one myself, £330 search pack for the solicitors, again I never instructed to them to complete this, and this information is not in the contract, and £185 for admin fees. The withdrawal fee allegedly applies regardless how long you are with the company as it is indefinite and I would question why they have a notice period if this is to be paid regardless. I do not feel any point during the process Redbik have been transparent or clear in their communication. When I asked about notice and the process I was never informed at any point there would be a withdrawal fee. I feel my property was not selling, and I was not being given the service that I should have and despite this I have had to pay Redbrik £625. There is too much for me to be able to write of my experience, however I will never use Rebrik again, and I will not recommend Redbrik to anyone.

I have recently sold my property through Redbrik, Sheffield. From the start they were so professional and helpful, David was brilliant, gave advice where needed and nothing was too much trouble. We have been dealing with Jen, Abi and Hayley and they have all gone above and beyond for us with the sale of our house and with help in finding a new property after a purchase fell through. We had a tight timeframe to get our property on the market and Jen had our property photographed the next day (providing tips and advice on how to present your property), on social media within 2 days and on the market within 3 working days- just outstanding! The team answer the phones quickly and if not available respond within the hour. They have an excellent app which tells you about enquiries, bookings and feedback on your property.
They have made what can be a really stressful time in life a lot easier and I cannot fault their professionalism and service. They hold themselves accountable to a high level and this excellence shines through.

Redbrick are not the cheapest estate agents but well worth their fees.
