Fished turned up just on time 3 out of 10 fish die on delivery have now sorted out and they couldn't help any more have spoken on email all sorted out credit account and couldn't be anymore helpful resolving problem my fault aswell didn't realise had email to resolve problems nice lads and helpful 👍

Ordered on 24th, on the website it said it was next day delivery, but the item wasn't dispatched for 3 days before I emailed on the 27th. No reply. I emailed to cancel the order today on 31st and they refunded me promptly.

I use reef exotic on a regular basis not only do u get great service but David and Simon are both helpful in any questions u have. My last buy was online which was a new tank which David offer to deliver it himself but as I'm so impatient i pick it up myself.😄 Also a great selection of goods in store including corals fish and dry goods. Can't wait for my new tank to cycle so I can get back to the store to buy some great fish and coral.

Easy to order, next day delivery, spot on service

I can't remember exactly what it is I bought from Reef Exotics as its now become my local fish shop and I've been there a good few times and have ordered off their website. However delivery has always been prompt and items arrived in good condition. The staff are friendly and approachable and willing to help you out with any questions or issues you might be having. The shop is clean with a great selection of livestock which all look healthy. I would highly recommend this site /shop as its a very personable experience.

Order cancelled the next day with no explanation.
