I've been using refundsmanager for 4 years now. DO NOT hesitate to hire them. They were able to audit the previous couple years from day 1 and were able to get back $4,500 right away. They will find money that Amazon has taken that you will never find on your own. They have software to track money that to the average or even experienced seller would never have known you are entitled to. Using RefundsManager cost you nothing upfront. Whatever money they get back for you they take a small %. Its an absolute no brainer people! If you have a question shoot them an email they normally respond within an hour. I'm gonna do a ball park price in how much money they have recouped for me total and I would guess its over $15,000. For as long as I'm a seller on Amazon I will be using RefundsManager.

Refunds Manager made it easier and simpler for our company to get refunds from Amazon for lost merchandise, excessive fees, lost inventory and much more. We got refunded for transactions that we didn't even know we could get refunded. After a few weeks working with Refunds Manager we were able to recover a few thousands from Amazon. Refunds Manager has been great
Refunds Manager has been great. I don’t need to do anything. Cha ching almost everyday I just keep getting refunds as they file claims. At the end of the month I pay them their minimal fee. I don’t even feel it except when I get the refund. Love it!!!

Absolutely excellent service. Refunds Manager manages all of my refunds and coordinates any missing products. At the beginning I was hesitant and was always checking the work done by Refunds Manager.
