Thank you for your review! Most of the cases for the last 18 months are submitted within the first few weeks. After that cases might slow down for sometime, and then start back up. Amazon requires us to wait a certain amount of time for each case which is why there is a delay.

Very happy with this service by Refunds Manager, they have saved us thousands of dollars Amazon literally has been stealing from us. If you don't ask for these refunds, Amazon will never give them back to you, so Refunds Manager are the right guys to use for this task.

Sadly Amazon screws up on more that…
Sadly Amazon screws up on more that 20-30%% of all FBA shipments. It was becoming a full time job for us to stay up. That's just the stuff we knew about. Refunds Manager has stepped in stayed on top of all of our Amazon messes. The cost of doing business with them has been paid back many times over.
I would highly recommend Refund Manager to anyone doing FBA biz with Amazon. Don't let them steal your money or waste your valuable time. Reach out to Refunds Manager and start gaining control of your FBA biz again.
