When acquiring the service, we demonstrate that it is an unmanaged VPS that you must run on your own, and we are highly restricted in our ability to give assistance to the software scope, as well as we have supplied you with a solution to your problem.
WORST RDP SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD!
I bought an rdp and in less than a month it disconnected more than 5 times and support center asked me to format my windows! the sole reason why someone would buy an RDP is for storing files and keep things running 24/7. 0 out of 10.

Look Elsewhere - You Get What You Pay For
I'm pretty sure that most of the reviews below are fake. They took my server down claiming that I was attacking through it. I'm a business owner with no interest in hacking so this claim is ridiculous. Afterwards, their support as extremely difficult to connect with. Prices are great, speeds are good, the people behind it all are lousy.

75 hours since servers are down...
75 hours since servers are down.... no reply from support... after several tickets got a message 24 hours ago that their Germany servers are down due to network issues.
