The guitar arrived in time and in proper condition and it was very professionally packed. The shop also quicly solved a payment problem caused by my foreign debit card. The only drawback was that I requested a plectrum but it was forgotten. They still deserve 5 stars though.

very pleased with my piano and the price excellent service

I ordered my guitar and it got delivered as scheduled, but when I opened it I notice the g string wasn’t sitting in the nut, as the nut was snapped. I emailed reidys the same day and have yet to receive an email back (it has been over a month and I have since replaced the part myself). I also tried to use the online chat on the website but they told me they could not organise repairs via that and that I would get an email back soon, this never arrived. Very disappointed with the service, I understand things get broken in transit and I wouldn’t have had a problem had my email at least been answered.

Professional service. Violin was set up for play and arrived quickly along with all the accessories. Very happy with the purchase.

Wanted to buy a Yamaha P125 piano with stand. Shopped around for best price. Some places didn’t have both in stock and I wanted to buy them as one purchase. Reidys weren’t the cheapest but had both in stock. Alternative was to buy from that huge impersonal place “A” we all know. I spoke to Reidys and they were brilliant, couldn’t quite match the “A” price but had a proper go. Service was just spot on. Always try and support good retailers like Reidys. Happy with purchase. Would use again.
