No issues, good delivery on time
Ordering an expensive item online can always be daunting. Is the website trustworthy, will my item arrive in one piece or on time?
Luckily the process was smooth with reidys. My guitar arrived on time, and was in great condition. Their website was easy to navigate and overall a simple and pleasant experience.

Excellent family business.
I contacted Reidy’s to enquire about an electric guitar they had advertised for sale at a very competitive price. I had acquired a discount voucher and asked regarding applying it to the purchase. However, their Customer Service representatives John and Michael explained that the voucher was not applicable but were very polite and helpful and offered me a small discount which I appreciated. The order was then placed and the guitar arrived well packaged and on time as promised. I was very happy with my purchase and the service I received, and would not hesitate in recommending this family business to anyone looking to buy musical instruments and accessories.
