I am mostly satisfied. There was some delay in the delivery because I don't remember have seen that my remote control was not in stock.
I should admit that the feedback of the support was quite fast and usefull.

I ordered two remotes, one original brand and one compatible but cheap. Both were delivered to Holland really fast and both work impeccably! The only "complaint": the users manual of the compatible HR remote was not correct, so in the end we managed programming it using a manual from the internet site!
I would definitely recommend Remotecontrol Express to my family and friends.

This was my second time to order a remote for my garage door. After losing my last remote, I went straight to Remotecontrol Express to find a new one - not only could I find the original model, but they even proposed a cheaper, fully-compatible model. Ordering was a cinch and delivery took just 2 days (with the 4Euro DHL 24hr option).

I got exactley what i asked for and it arived the day after i put up my order so no complains and i would order here again when i need something else again.

I received my packed very quick.

Remote you order and remote you get with express service dont buy anywhere else.

Purchased both a Rib and the cheaper HR remote for my garage door. Delivery was quick / reliable and I was able to track the delivery through the DHL system. Both were exceptional value and as I bought 2 the delivery was free. On receipt is took about 10 minutes to set the controls up, the step by step instructions were perfect and controls worked first time. The HR is an excellent low cost replacement and I could have easily got away with two of these, however, note that you must have a working remote if you are using the HR replacement. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company and controls to anyone. Thanks to all.
