In summary - incompetent

In summary, incompetent or just unwilling to do work in a timely fashion.

Tesco subcontracted these people to repair a fence damaged by one of their delivery vans. They came out to inspect the damage within a week. However, over a month later and they still haven't provided a price or a schedule. They are still unable to indicate when they can provide a schedule. Either they are accepting more work than they can organise or they are completely incompetent to arrange even the simplest of repairs. Avoid at all costs if you actually want work carrying out. Their customer service is appalling just stating that they haven't got a schedule yet, but they will be in touch when they have one. They have no idea how long that may take though and cannot guarantee it'll be this year and we're only in February.

Assuranty Nationwide Ltd SCAM

Hi
I am a small pest control company based in north west uk
I was contacted by Nationwide assurance offering me work
They sent me lots of paperwork to complete, all very normal
I was then sent a job to do which I carried out to the delight of the home owner
I invoiced them for the work and heard nothing
I tried phoning and e mailing , no reasonable point of contact
I then read that they did this continually to small companies/plumbers/elecyticians etc
So I contacted the small claims court and put in a claim
They ignored the original court request which the allowed me to request a ccj to be placed against them
They had one month to settle the bill
Surprise surprise they sent the full amount plus costs through just before the last date
My thoughts are this is a well planned fraud and they pay any charges that will end up with a ccj
I believe this company is ripping of both customers and trades people for hundreds of thousands and it should be investigated by police and trading standards
I have full contact details if any one needs them

£400 for nothing. Do not believe any good reviews. They are in liquidation now.

They ordered the wrong part for my dishwasher, the engineer came and said he would order the correct part and come back to fit it, then instead they called me (so no written record) and told me the dishwasher was irreparable. I paid them over £400 and got nothing.
I have asked for the name of their lawyers to make a claim in court.
Two weeks later no reply to request for lawyer details.

Do not use this company..asking money up front. Rude telephone service as they don't do the job cause off a person on phone that was only interested in different ways..and didn't want answer my questions. Stay clear bigtime

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY WITHOUT UP FRONT PAYMENT.

I was cold called by Repair-Network, having given them the price of my call-out which they tried to haggle.
On carrying out a boiler repair I phoned and gave them the option of an immediate repair as I had the part on my van. They also tried to haggle the price of the part.
Eventually they agreed on the repair, the customer was very happy as he had his heating and hot water working again.
Unfortunately for me, 16 months later and countless emails later, there is still no signs of any payment.
I wouldn't mind so much if I was charging an arm and leg but my prices are probably one of the lowest around.

AVOID WORKING FOR THEM AT ALL COST.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We are a company that they used to carry out their repairs...and they never paid. I chased it so many times... they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails...so we did all the work for nothing. DO NOT agree to do any work on behalf of this company. You will regret it.

I’m a company I’m owed about £3,900 off this company from all the info I’ve read I’ve lost out I’m sure but I’m not sure now how to proceed.

I’d love to hear from other ppl in the same predicament but have not finished as have been promised from Anna and various others that my money was ok and safe by the sounds not .

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company, I did a call out on the 25th July 2023 and still haven't been paid. I called and e mailed numerous times and was promised payment the same day. They even had the audacity to call me other times and ask me to do other jobs.
Steer clear.

I am a domestic appliance engineer and this company owes me for five invoices from June to October of last year. On many occasion, they have told me that these were getting paid. Still nothing paid to date. Keep well away from this company and yes I think Assuranty Nationwide ltd is the same company

Non-payment of invoices

Like everyone else on here, I have tried to get payment from repair network. I have checked the website and now it says they are no longer trading meaning they are in the process of closing the company.

Everything point to Assuranty being the new brand name to get more engineers doing work for them.

I am a Gas Engineer and they owe me 3 payments for 3 separate jobs. Their accounts department over the phone do not answer and their help desk don't deal with accounts. sent them emails but no response.

Dissatisfied customer

I contacted the Repair Network as I had a fault with my Fisher &Paykel fridge.An engineer was due to visit on the 11th October but no show.I was left a voicemail message saying his van had broken down but didn’t pick up the message.Another visit was arranged and I was told the sensor needed replacing.A further delay and finally another visit was arranged and the sensor was replaced.The fault persisted.Another visit was arranged and I was told the fridge needed a replacement control board.I then received an email saying the company could not get the part and my fridge was beyond economic repair.I was offered the services of the replacement team.By this stage I had been without a fridge for over 2 months.I contacted the manufacturer.An engineer visited who confirmed it was the fan that was the problem.He replaced it in 15 minutes and problem resolved.I emailed the Repair Network and requested a refund.No response.Would give no stars if that was an option.

Horrible company

Horrible company, we contracted for them for a couple of years, they do not pay any of their 'network of engineers' , many of us are going through debt collection . They do not have specialist and lie through their teeth. We were asked to pretend we were from worcester bosch and vaillant, we were not. We told them customer appliances could not be fixed before attending, they asked us to attend anyway so they could keep the customers payment. Extremely dishonest and use small, one man bands from the internet, then dont pay them
