Job ID Ref: RWD87081 dated 20th July 2025 allotted to Mr. Hashim Khan. He promptly visited on 20 itself, examined the washing machine and removed the main motor for repair at workshop. I paid him Rs.500/- as visiting charge. The next day, he promptly returned with the repaired motor and fitted it. However, the problem persisted. He told me that the motor needs to be replaced. He went back and informed me that the spare motor has been ordered and would take a weeks time. After a few days, in spite of my repeated calls, he did not respond. He did not even respond to my WA messages. Since then, there is no status update on the order, either from Mr. Hashim Khan nor from Repair World.
