Cheating company Repair world
I have a Samsung double door Fridge, had water leakage, your company technician Shoyeb had visited and informed that fan and Sensor needs to be changed and it would cost Rs.3500. I thought it would cost that much and said to change. He did changed on June 17th. However the problem was not solved. On checking with a Samsung authorised engineer He confirmed that the part changed would cost only Rs.1500 and Repair world had charged Rs.3500 which is wrong. I had informed this to Repair world However action is yet to be taken, no call back at all. Poor service. I want my Rs.2000 refund. My name is Aravind and mobile no.8606185031.
