They send you an application form where you can "make an offer" for the property. Since the apartment is the size of someone's hallway, I requested just £25 off p/m. They came back saying the landlord declined - wants the full amount and someone to move in now. OK fair. But seeing that the property is now advertised for over 1 month, and that others in the same building which are furnished, and some bigger with furnishings, are similar in price as this unfurnished one, I decided to call again. And she says it's market value? They need to check the rental sites. Aspects like this impacts on mental health and wellbieng to which i believe is neglectful. This estate agency are absolutely disgraceful. They are liars. They are incompetent. They lack any morals. This company should be avoided.
