The Engineer was on time - very pleasant and resolved both problems with a microwave combi oven.. He furthermore pointed out two other problems with my fridge that he will also resolve.

Good repair, albeit expensive
Easy to book the service, appointments were available within 2 days. The repairman arrived within the window and fixed the appliance quickly. All good.
4 stars only because I think the monthly cost of this insurance is way too expensive
