The technician arrived actually just before the beginning of the time slot, which I was very happy with. He readily understood the problem as I explained it. He quickly identified the problem with the appliance (the induction hob) and repaired it in a very reasonable amount of time. He checked, by heating a pan of water, that everything was operating properly, He further took the time to explain to me some of the functions of the hob that I had not been certain about. I thought it was excellent service.

Came at the earliest point of my booking job was completed within 30 minutes.

Great service. Only slight issue (but not worth deducting stars), email about my appointment says if I need to change my slot to give 24 hours notice- but the appointment comes out less than 24 hours before.

No worries for me though. Was a great service. Thank you.

My dishwasher repair was done satisfactorily

The Engineer was on time - very pleasant and resolved both problems with a microwave combi oven.. He furthermore pointed out two other problems with my fridge that he will also resolve.
