Zero stars possible?
If I could give them zero stars I would. They have received $190,000 from my mortgage company and have been "working on my house" for nearly a year and a half. I have no cabinets, no flooring, no plumbing, no doors, no trim...the list goes on and on. I have been calling the owner since April and he has not returned a call. The salesman does not return calls, emails, or texts either. Completely ghosted. They lie and hire random people off the street. One guy was even staying in my garage. He will do just enough work to get another check from your mortgage company and then do the vanishing act.
I have since found he has done business as Restore Pro's LLC, Restore Pros LLC, Block to Block Restoration LLC, Xpress Fire Restoration LLC, Landmark Public Adjusting INC, I just saw he opened a new LLC called Restore Pro's USA LLC.
I have had six project managers and the 6th one (hired one month ago) just messaged me saying he is quitting and I got an email from a lady he hired to run his office (also hired one month ago) saying I need a lawyer since they are scammers.
I doubt I will even get a project manager 7, because the owner had the salesman call me saying he needs to speak to my mortgage company for more money. They have over 75% of my claim amount and the house is at about 30% at best.
I have had subcontractors come to my house asking for money and saying they were not paid. The owner himself told me that he wasn’t paying these people!
Do not do business with this company unless you enjoy stress, anxiety, dishonesty, constant lies, random homeless workers, shady business practices, being out of your home way past the time your ALE runs out, constantly being ignored, and having to pay for a lawyer.
I do not reccommend this company in any circumstances.
