I ordered Oakly replacement lenses and received Ray Ban lenses. I emailed customer service and didn't get a reply until I emailed them for a second time. I explained that I received the wrong order and was asked to send a picture of the package. I did what they asked and even put the order receipt that says Oakly lenses on it next to the package. I didn't hear anything from them so after 5 hours after sending the picture I emailed customer service again asking what we are going to do to fix their shipping mistake. They won't answer me back, I finally asked if they are not going to fix their mistake to refund my money, they ignored that too. It's ridiculous that I have to go through all this stuff over their shipping mistake. They say customer service is important to them but I highly disagree, not happy with this company. I don't understand why they won't fix what they did, all paperwork says Oakly lenses and they took my money for Oakly lenses but I have Ray Ban lenses that are useless to me. I don't know if this is a every day practice for this company but it isn't right. I didn't do anything wrong, they sent the wrong product and will not fix it. All I want are the Oakly lenses, I don't want or need the Ray Ban lenses and would happily send them back for the correct lenses I ordered but I can't get anyone from Revant to fix this problem. It's a simple fix, so why so shady? Beware.

Apparently now, according to them, because the original pair were purchased 13 months ago; all the replacements are now void of warranty. Needless to say that’s a breach of their legal responsibilities. They now expect me to pay for more of their crappy product. Absolutely shocking to deal with.
No customer service response to multiple calls, texts, chats on ordered lenses NOT fitting frames they were ordered for. Eventually called back and really good care once contract made. Still iffy on fit
Their junk lenses would not fit my Oakley Exchange frames and as a result of spending almost 30 minutes trying to get them to fit my frames bent. Threw the frames and these junk lenses in the trash. I'm out over $200 and never again will I support these junk replacements.
Lenses work great. The customer service team was very helpful in helping me find the right color lens for my Oakley Holbrook XLs.

i have only worn them a few times but my costa harpoon lenses have weird horizontal lines running through them. They appeared after I had used them hunting, never dropped and always placed in a case. I am out of warranty period but, why buy something that only is good for a year?? I have a pair of coasta Isabella replacement lenses that I got from amazon (china). they are 3 years old and going strong. What gives.
Worst company ever. Ordered from them a month ago and still haven’t received anything. Emailed the company and no reply whatsoever. I was supposed to receive items in 7 days. Never buy anything from this place. All those reviews are fake. Look at some of the pictures those reviewers posted on google. It’s professional and scripted. Those are paid reviewers. This company spent so much on marketing than spending on their actual product. Don’t fall for this scam of a company
I ordered two sets of lenses to replace my Oakley gas cans, and I accidentally selected the fuels. These guys were top-notch about getting me the correct lenses that I needed at no additional cost to me. Great company great service will be back for more James Allen Affordable Renovations Ohio
Ordered a pair of glasses two weeks later still told that the product is being prepared for shipment reach out to customer service. Customer service says that they are no longer in stock instead of offering any other option or offering to put me on the top of the waitlist for when they get more in stock, even though they took my money, they offered a discount code to apologize….. It’s literally the exact same discount as you would for being military or a first responder or a first time user which I was both so it meant nothing to me. They don’t have a phone number. The only person you can talk to apparently is the customer service rep who won’t take it up any further. Very sketchy very sleazy bad communication bad at rectifying would not ever order from this company again.
Haven't ordered custom frames from them YET but, if the customer service is any indication of their glasses service then I am in for a treat. The whole website is very well made and clear, and I was quickly connected with a real life person who was able to answer some of my questions concerning the process and eligibility of my frames to be replaced with custom lenses. Emé was the person to help me, and not only did they explain and answer all my questions, they made no attempt to upsell or hassle me. Simply sent the links for the things I needed, instructed me clearly on what to do, and was extremely polite and pleasant. 10/10 experience, and I will be updating this review in a couple of months when I order custom frames.
Perfect fit for my RayBan's. Two models with cracked lens, RB4089 at least 5 years old and RB4034 7 to 8 years old. Cracked the RB4089 couple of months ago. To old for RayBan to repair, to expensive for a optometrist to repair, was quoted $115.00 each, for new polarized lens. New RB's to expensive. Wasted money on some cheaper glasses. RB Frames fit perfectly hated to throw away. Glad I found Revant Optics. Purchased the regular polarized for both. Install was easy to pop out the old and insert the new, the RB4089 has a thicker frame, soaked for 5 minutes in hot tap water to help with lens removal. So far polarized quality seems pretty good. Might try the Elite Polarized in the future to compare difference. Price is right to save the frames! Thumbs Up!

They sent wrong lenses. Wouldnt replace 4 pairs. I bought extra to use later. When it came time to use them, it was found they were wrong ones. So partially my fault not to have checked upon receiving.

Excellent customer service. 5 stars. I mistakenly ordered the wrong lenses for two pairs of sunglasses and felt incredibly dumb, contacted customer service once I received them and realized and they immediately sent me the correct lenses. Wow. Even though it was my own mistake they corrected it for me at no additional cost to me. Super experience.

Quand j’essaie de chatter avec eux pour demander comment me faire livrer en haute savoie, le chat m’envoi sur des questions qui n’ont rien avoir. Donc soit vous m’expliquez comment me faire livrer en France en Haute-Savoie, soit c’est que vous ne voulez pas me vendre les 4 paires de lentilles que j’essaie d’acheter !!!

From beginning to end it was a great experience. Excellent customer service and very quick response time. I ordered lenses for 2 pairs of sunglasses; one pair of Costa’s and one pair of Maui Jim’s.
I wasn’t sure if I had ordered the correct lenses for my Costa’s, so I emailed support to find out. They responded very quickly, explained how to tell the difference between the “standard” and “pro”, then changed my order on their end because I had in fact order the wrong lenses.
They were extremely helpful and walked me through the whole process.
Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend to family and friends.
Heather was the customer service representative that I dealt with and she was awesome!!!!

My original Review wasnt very good. Revant customer service contacted me, apparently I had ordered the wrong lenses for my frames. After further research, Revant sent me a new lense that fit perfectly and was exactly what I was looking for. I was out no extra money for MY mistake. This is Excellent customer service.

The service, immediate follow up and resolution of my package that was delivered was extremely professional in all aspects.
The delivery issues that I experienced was dealt with calmness, great attitude and a thoroughly sincere and thoughtful resolution.
Highly recommended to use these guys for any lens replacement parts and I will be using again in the future.
