Richer Sounds - Bristol Opiniones 

I was offered a refund with no hesitation. I decided to use the funds to purchase something else from Richer Sounds. It is always very straightforward.

The staff were very supportive and listened with interest.
Would I shop there again? Yes.
Would I recommend their shop/service? Yes.

I bought an end of line Philips smart tv as it had just what I needed. Not in stock in my local store in Newcastle but not a problem. Couriered up from Bristol in a couple of days. Very satisfied with the product and service. Take a bow Richer Sounds.

Richer Sounds is a preferred brand (as is LG). I bought a DVD player with youtube facility, a few years ago and purchased an LG 43" television last week.
After choosing a suitable product from the website and checking it out on amazon and others, I contacted the store with a few questions. The person I spoke to (Dave), was extremely helpful and I completed the sale with my debit card.
I informed Dave that the LG television being replaced (still in full working order), was purchased from the store (Bristol), 14 years ago!

Ususal rock solid dealings with Richer Sounds. Been a customer for more than 20 years and never let me down. Just bought a Denon X2800H to replace a Pioneer VSX-935 that didn't even last 18 months (bought elsewhere - so my bad). Excellent price with VIP club + extra £50 voucher and delivery 3 days faster than promised. Just keep doing what you do Richer Sounds - recommended.

Great customer service, matched and beat a price for me and was very happy to give a company like RS my business as a result.

I ordered a AS-301 Yamaha amplifier and a CD-303 cd player. Both are exhalent and at great price, the delivery was also prompt.
I am looking to upgrade my existing speakers in the furture and will certainly be using richer sounds.

I phoned the Chester branch to se if they had the item in stock but they did not they checked around and told me the only one is in Bristol.

As the only one was actually in Bristol i phoned Bristol and their team went well above what i expected them to do and It was nice to have a company that made sure they could get it here the next day as most just say yeh yeh yeh it will be there tomorrow(but never arrives) but with Richer Sounds it was .
If i could give them 10 stars i would.
