Very useful advice and answered all my questions

I have been looking on Richers Sounds website for some time to choose a TV as their options and prices are very good.
I was able to call the store, order the TV and get it delivered within 3 days to suit me.
Really good service overall

Ask for Dave - he's extremely knowledgeable and he answers the 'phone at 5 minutes to closing time when staff at other stores (no names...) are jostling at the exit door with their coats on and the ansafone set.

Smooth,simple, helpful and efficient with great staff.

Richer sounds whiteladies rd are just brilliant. Super efficient staff it’s just a brilliant experience. I have used richer sounds for 20 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else . I bought a Samsung frame tv for the kitchen. very very happy with it .just waiting for my 19 year old Panasonic plasma to break that I purchased from them . I will then be straight down to them to pick up a new one . Thanks again happy customer that has purchased tvs , tower speakers , cinema speakers , and av amps over the years .

Every time I purchase anything at this store they are exceptionally helpful. I prefer to shop here than any super stores up the road. Personal service and truly knowledgable about their products. No hard sell, just plenty of information to make the right personal choice.

We were after a freesat box after buying one that was unable to record Dave was able to recommend one which we bought and is now working and we are very pleased with it.

When I called to see if the item I wanted was available the chap I spoke to was super helpful and also when I went to pick it up. Very knowledgeable and it was a great price.
