Having had a few difficulties with the tactile controls on a pair off new headphones followimg a recent purchase. I returned to Richer Sounds for help. I was treated extremely polightly by the Manger who then proceeded to straight way to refund the cost. However, I wanted a certain pair with physical controls. His help was sincere and above and beyond, bluetoothing and obtaining the App plus explaining in detail the workings. Not the sort of attention one would normally experience.
