Wanted a record player for my daughter and got great service, great price, and in stock!

I'm a beginner to all things HiFi so l found the advice making my purchase very helpful and informative. Bought a new Wiim Pro for streaming through my amp, and some good quality leads for my speakers, laptop and turntable. Very pleased with the purchase, price and advice. Thank you.

Really helpful when deciding on what to buy. Gave a good deal and was delivered very quickly.

I knew what I wanted, so I expected an easy conversation.
My phone call was quickly rewarded with a human voice in my local store who listened to my needs, checked stock and made sure that I had the necessary cables and stands. Local stock was not available so I was made aware of my collection or delivery options. The items arrived earlier than expected. No fuss or complications, real humans, real shops, pleasurable shopping, excellent hi fi.

Staff were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and helpful. We got what we needed and were very pleased with our purchase. We were served by Jason who took a lot of time and effort.

Once again Richer Sounds came up trumps. Nick was able to source us the tv we wanted (which we couldn’t get anywhere else) for next day delivery. He wa# also super knowledgeable about how to set up the tv within a media wall and access all the necessary services.

It's extremely rare to find service like these guys provide in this day and age but they nailed it. They have a real old school approach to everything which just works. They help, advise and genuinely make you feel valued and appreciated as a customer rather than just a tick on a sales sheet like most do nowadays!

I won't hesitate to use them again for any kit that I want or need in the future. Thanks RS and especially to the guys at the Cheltenham branch for not only a flawless experience, but for restoring my faith in humanity somewhat!

I ordered some Shokz headphones online through the Richer Sounds website and I received a call first thing the following morning to say that they were ready for me to collect from the store. The staff in my local Cheltenham store were all very polite and helpful. Will definitely buy from them again.

Good experience from first enquiring in the Cheltenham store. Helpful but not pushy advisor. Listened to what we wanted. When we decide to by a new tv the process was quick and easy, delivery arranged. Delivery people kept us informed, arrived in the time frame, courteous and friendly people. Very satisfied. Managed to set the tv up ourselves and appears to be working perfectly. Very pleased.
