James the technician and David the Store manager in Edinburgh have been helpful and constructive in the selection of media kit to upgrade my existing video media experience. I also need to be able to connect o my Panasonic TV from Windows to allow viewing from my film collection and that requirement is still being progressed,

Enjoyed going into the store to be welcomed by music (not overpowering) and a great team. I have very little technical knowledge about anything that the store sells and here I feel they really know about their products and the technology involved. It took me back to the days when you could go into a store and know the advice you were given could be relied upon and was backed up by thorough knowledge. There was no pressure to buy and I was able to ask as many questions as needed to understand about the equipment that I was buying. Bowie was an excellent advisor and I am so pleased with my purchase and will be back for more. I won't go anywhere else and it is so great to be able to deal with a person and not just make an online purchase.

Guided me on purchase I was little unsure of. Had all the answers to my questions and advised on best product. Organised delivery to shop for easy uplift.

I managed to find the Blu-ray player I wanted at Richer Sounds.
There was a problem with my card payment, but customer support were very helpful and managed to resolve the issue (my bank authorised the card payment but Richer Sounds didn't at first).
The player arrived the next day(on a Saturday)which I wasn't expecting as standard free delivery was up to 5 working days.
Great service and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Bowie, who attended to me, was very helpful and quickly understood exactly what I wanted. He showed me several possibilities and, with no pressure on me to buy, took time to outline their advantages and disadvantages clearly. I am very pleased with the purchase I eventually made. Thoughtfully, as the headphone package was quite bulky, Bowie offered to have it delivered to my home. They arrived the next day, with the option to return after 30 days if they were unsuitable. (I'm keeping them.) I would certainly recommend Richer sounds.

Sales guy (Jack?) was great, I was only making a small purchase but he was very thorough and signed me up to the VIP club resulting in a further discount (the mini amp I was buying was already discounted).

Every time I enter Richer Sounds the staff totally understand my requirements and addresses them effectively - with a smile!

Top quality tv loving every second of it

I came here to buy a new Blu-Ray player and was able to get a new model with a 2 year guarantee which I will get delivered when it comes out.

Bought a new amplifier, there advice was extremely helpful. Jake at the Edinburgh branch did a demo which was great and convinced me to buy the Argon amp. Have used them often and will continue to return thanks Bobby 👍

Fantastic. I had a limited small budget to spend and not sure if the Richer Sounds was the right place to go to. The salesman Bowie took time to guide me in my price range without trying to make me overspend. The time Bower took for me you would think I was buying a £15000.00 system. Bowie you were so knowledgeable and guided so well with my budget. No doubt about it. If you want the best you can afford then go to Richer Sounds. It’s the only place I will go to in the future

I have dealt with Richer Sounds several times now and they are one of the best to deal with, most helpful and informative and nothing seems to be too much trouble.

John (store manager) especially goes out of his way to ensure that you are happy and if you are making a purchase that you have made the right one.
Excellent service and a pleasant experience throughout

We had previously been into another store and while the guy was very knowledgeable we felt he was pushing certain brands of equipment over everything else. I had already done some homework about what I wanted so when we went into your Edinburgh store and explained what I wanted without mentioning the actual product, your salesman immediately came up with the one of the choices I had looked at and confirmed that it was the best available. We were then surprised into find that we were still on the records after buying an item there many years ago. We ordered on the Monday and the item was delivered on the Wednesday.
