Even though I made a mistake when purchasing by choosing collection instead of home delivery, Paul from the online team and James from the Edinburgh store were super accommodating by changing my order to home delivery and it still arrived really quickly. Can't fault anything here, you can tell it's a company that cares about customer experience.

Great service and recommended equipment that works well for me.

I'm not very good at tech ( I'm 81 !) but James at Chambers St in Edinburgh was very patient and spent a lot of time talking me through the connection of the digi box and the problem getting sound through the amp.

I was looking for a TV online, just a small TV for bedroom as we had one of the same model already. Knowing that it was one of those TV's that's likely been replaced by another model, I knew I'd have some difficulty in finding this exact one. However I found it online at Richer Sounds.

I was directed to speak to the store in Edinburgh that had the TV in stock so it would be sent out from there. I had no issues with the sale or customer service in relation to purchasing the TV. The TV itself is working great and even opted in for the extended warranty.

Bought two speaker stands and various Sonos speakers. I have to say the staff were excellent. Great advice and a feeling of genuine connection.

The store manager provided great communication and ensure that the team were able to process my order over the phone at a time convenient to me.

The product was shipped the next day and arrived within 5 days of placing an order, it would have been sooner but i was unable to take delivery and was able to rearrange a convenient delivery day with the courier.

Phoned in with a product query - service and knowledge was excellent. Bought the product.

Phoned John in Edinburgh regarding a fault in my new tv. Within 2 days faulty tv picked up and new tv delivered. Honestly, forget other tv dealers, nobody can match the quality and service of Richer Sounds, especially the Edinburgh store!! 5 star service!!

Excellent service from the staff in the Edinburgh store. Friendly and efficient. The turntable I was looking for was not in stock but a delivery was organised and it arrived far sooner than I expected. It was also the lowest cost I had found for the Audio Technica LP120. It is set up now, connected to my 20 plus year old Cambridge Audio amp which also came from Richer Sounds and still going strong. My old records never sounded so good.

I had an issue with a television that I had purchased 4 years ago from Richer Sounds and called the number on the guarantee that I had received at that time. I expected a bit of a push back regarding getting the television fixed but the service I received was absolutely first class. I spoke to the customer service representative and he asked a couple of questions, had me try a few things and when that did not fix the issue he made an appointment for a technician to call at my home the very next day. Unfortunately the TV needed to go off site to be fixed which would have left me without a set. I called my local Richer Sounds in Edinburgh and was dealt with by the manager, John. The level of customer support that John provided was superb. He quickly found a solution to supply me with a set that I was absolutely delighted with, he had it delivered to me the next day to make sure I was without a set for the shortest time. I was kept informed of the status of the repair to my own TV and was advised when it had been repaired and that it was available for next day delivery. The same technician that had initially came to check the set came back to deliver it and set it up appropriately. He was first class in taking great care to remove his shoes when he came in to my house and when he was setting up the set. The last part of the process was to return the set that I had previously had as a temporary replacement to the Edinburgh store and receive my refund. This part of the process, no surprise, was once again flawless. It took me less than five minutes from entering the store to leaving with my refund. A brilliant customer service effort from each leg of the process from start to finish. You should be proud of how Richer Sounds was represented by these guys. It’s why I have bought from this store for myself and other family members. Great quality products but, more importantly, outstanding customer care.
