Richer Sounds - Edinburgh Opiniones 

On holiday in Edinburgh just started to rain when we saw the Richer sounds shop. We were thinking of new speakers for our Hi-Fi system so went in. Bowie was great showed us some speakers and played them for us. He then e mailed the details to me ( gave us an umbrella as we left) and on my return home i ordered them and they arrived 24 hours later. Fantastic service

Jack and co. in the edinburgh store was absolutely amazing in helping purchase a TV. We originally looked at amazon during the prime day sales and asked to see the Tv in person before ordering online. Not only was Jack helpful on the phone with TV knowledge but let us come in and see.

Not only did he help almost match the price of the TV but helped us bundle it with a recommended soundbar for another price reduction. Our original plan was to order on amazon but we instead walked out with a TV and soundbar that day instead of 4 days delivery with roughly the same price. The knowledge in that store is absolutely amazing and they do not hesitate to help even when you know very little about the items. they go into great detail but they do it in a way that you can understand easily

The staff member Jack in the Edinburgh shop was very helpful and we are very happy with our new smart TV. The price was very competitive too. Our TV wad delivered by DPD the next day - excellent service and would highly recommend Richer Sounds.

After 17 years with my 50” Panasonic TV which has been great and still works, time for a change. The advice and service from John and Bowie at the Edinburgh shop was 5star plus in my opinion. I now have a 55” LG OLED which is just simply amazing. Highly recommend Richer Sounds for your next TV purchase, not only fantastic advice but also a fantastic price, actually better price than the usual High street names with a amazing 6years warranty for free with the TV, giving you peace of mind. Phone call to Richer Sounds to purchase 2 Panasonic Dvd/Blu-ray players. Staff member very helpful during conversation. Dvd players arrived several days later. No hassle, no delays. Would definitely shop there again. Service and staff member excellent .

Slick order process, great promotions from both Richer Sounds and the manufacturer all clearly labelled, and most importantly, the product arrived on time and in great condition. Delivery was seamless, straight to the room for unpacking and the only challenge was getting rid of the polystyrene the telly was protected by - big telly, lots of polystyrene! Great service from Richer Sounds all around.

I ordered on line and collected the next day from the Edinburgh shop. All went very smoothly.
However, The actual unit I bought - Oakcastle DAB radio/cd - is not the best and has a design flaw: when the cd drawer is open it covers the button to close it.

John was first class with great advice, gave me a good price. Was going to over spend on a new sub as my requirements were unique due to size heigh and open planned area. Took his advice on REL sub and it sounds great
