Very helpful chap in Glasgow explained the clearance product and gave me a very accurate description of its condition.

Once I got it I realised I needed a sat dish upgrade to get 4 channel instead of 2 channel recording, which will cost more but I will organise.

Very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff, went beyond to help support me with the set up of my turntable. Service was efficient and pleasant.

Simon was very helpful when I phoned with an enquiry on a turntable. He checked availability and called back promptly. I picked the turntable up from the shop a few days later.

Bought a Cambridge Amp from Richer Sounds in Glasgow and can honestly say I was really impressed with the product and customer service. The lads in the shop were customer service friendly and can recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality sound systems.

Sale! Clearance items! I visited the Richer Sounds web-site to see what was on offer. There were items I had wanted for some time, and there they were.
Some confusion first! A re-furbished Pure mini had been selected, but no more available. A quick flash " Trade up" -but I had already clicked next step to checkout! I was unable to find "Trade Up": I went back to the beginning and traded up whilst retaining two other purchases. Delivery promised by September 18th - OK!
Next day, Saturday 12th e-mail; Goods dispatched. DPD further e-mail - delivery tomorrow Sunday 13th, with time slot!
That was refreshingly quick!

Great value pair of ex-Demo DALI Oberon 5 speakers. They knocked £300 off the full retail price and delivered them at no extra charge.

Screw-tops of binding posts were missing but they refunded me £40 when I phoned up and told them.

I decided to call Richer Sounds to buy the turntable we chose online as there were a few things about the it I was unsure of. The guys in the Glasgow store could not have been more helpful.

I've always found Richer Sounds in general and the staff in particular to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. For audio and video gear I wouldn't trust any other firm, larger conglomerates tend to employ staff whose only function is to sell, they are not required to have much knowledge about what they're selling. In my experience Richer Sounds' staff have this knowledge and also provide great customer service.

We were given a great deal on a samsung sound bar and the staff were very helpful throughout. we are very pleased with the soundbar.

Excellent informative website. I identified the turntable I wanted and David in store knew exactly what I wanted and gave helpful advice on accessories. Model not in store but ordered and delivered in two days. Had to phone about slight blemish on felt mat. Alan offered a superior replacement at a reduced price and put it aside for me to collect. Excellent, prompt service all round. Would recommend this store.

This a great wee shop, the staff are brilliant. Dean was very helpful and explained the benefits of using the Fiio K13 DAC with Bluetooth to turn my 20yr old integrated analogue amp into a digital system along by turning my cd player into a transport. The sound was a definite upgrade, soundstage improved and the vocals really came forward in their presentation. Friendly staff with great product knowledge. Thank you.
