Supportive and engaging customer service. Got to know about Richer sounds after purchasing from another retailer and having to purchase from them due to even a better deal.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgable staff when I used both the Edinburgh and Glasgow branch for purchases.

Made one purchase in Edinburgh and they arranged delivery to the Glasgow branch and advised of options for next purchase. Speedy delivery and more great assistance when I went to Glasgow for collection and second purchase. This one delivered to home and again very speedy and excellent delivery service.

Good advise about connections and cable needs. Not pushy on insurance but politely explained and offered

Had an unbelievable price beat quote for 65” LG G5, the staff were all great, had a laugh with Alan, extremely happy with the tv too

Ordered an item online and was told to collect it from store. When I arrived it wasn’t there. 🙄 Store arranged for it to be delivered to me but it was delivered to store not my home. Eventually arrived and it wasn’t important as I wasn’t in a hurry but pretty poor delivery set-up.
+++Subsequently had discussions with Richer Sounds representatives who were fulsome in their apologies and offered me a £40 credit. They accepted that human error had been a factor. It was handled professionally and they persisted in their attempts to contact me to remedy the situation. Richer Sounds underlined why they have a good reputation for customer service.

Great price, great service and great TV. Very happy.

First time using Richer Sounds and it has made me wonder why I haven't before. Huge range of quality products, very competitively priced, speedy delivery plus efficient and friendly customer service. I don’t see why I'd go anywhere else in future for my audio purchases. My new Philips Tina turntable looks and sounds amazing. Nothing was an issue with David who sorted out my price. I told him that I had found a deal with another company explained that I was a VIP account holder with him and he beat the

Great, patient service from Stephen in the Glasgow shop over the phone. Terrific tv and soundbar at good price. Delivery came two days later which was excellent. I even called Stephen when I was having a bit of difficulty setting up the tv and he sorted out the situation for me. All good.

Everything went very smoothly with my purchase and the price was excellent.
